Quick access to Deer Valley's ski trails is only steps away from the front door (conditions permitting)! Ski right from the property on an access run that takes you to Last Chance. Ski back home with only a couple minute walk back to the condo. Note to early- and late-season skiers: Deer Valley is very good about getting & keeping runs open, but snow levels vary by year and the access run is not always open in the first weeks the resort is open or in the last couple weeks before it closes. In that case, the Silver Lake base is less than half a mile away.
You will have a private entrance & can check yourself in with a keypad. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 King with ensuite bathroom, and 2 Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, and an additional daybed & trundle in the loft perfect for kids that want to spread out (max occupancy for this unit is a strict 6 people!).
Relax after skiing in the private hot tub on the lower deck. There is parking in front of the unit and a shared covered garage for the complex. We are a short 3 mile drive to Main Street, Park City and less than a half mile from Silver Lake Village.
Summers are also amazing in the mountains! Park City has hundreds of miles of mountain bike trails (both lift-accessed downhills and human-powered uphill and cross-country trails) and hiking. Mid Mountain trail starts a short ways away at Silver Lake Village. Ride the Alpine Slide or Coaster at Park City Mountain Resort, take a bobsled ride at the Utah Olympic Park, rent paddleboards at the Deer Valley Ponds or golf on one of the public courses in the area. There is no A/C in the unit, but the cooler temps at 8000' and chilly nights help keep the space comfortable.

    We got very lucky to choose a week where there was a ton of snow. I would definitely recommend having a four-wheel-drive if the roads do not get plowed when coming in. It was a little difficult difficult to find the unit when we came in at night, but everything else was absolutely perfect. Accommodations were wonderful and had everything you could possibly ask for The host checked in with us a few times to share information about grocery stores and also provided us an instruction video for the ski in and ski out. Thank you so much for everything.

    The host was responsive (the entire stay too) and gave great advice for our family before we arrived. We have kids that ski (7 and 9) and being able to ski onto the slopes was a real bonus. The place had everything we needed, including humidifiers (Utah is dry) and a great table for our family dinners and board games. Wonderful place!

    This is the best vacation rental that we have ever had! The property is a complete A+++. Everything is perfect and the pictures are accurate. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, easy to get to with great parking and amenities. The hostess is outstanding, also a complete A+++ ! We highly recommend!

    Ski out/walk in location worked out very well. Location is walkable to Stein Erickson and other restaurants/bars. Very short drive to downtown Park City. Condo is very well equiped and very clean. Great overall experience.

    Aside from having great skiing conditions, the place was great. Great setup, immaculate, ski in ski out was super convenient. Our family likes to cook together and the kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything we needed for making a variety of different meals together. Private hot tub on deck was a treat. We highly recommend this condo.

    Year after year, this is a favorite spot for my family. Super clean, nicely appointed, modern-but-warm finishes, with a great kitchen prep / entertaining layout. Nice deck spaces and upstairs loft is fun for kids. Katy always highly responsive and has great knowledge of the area to help with any questions or plans.

    Katy’s condo was the perfect find for our stay in Deer Valley. Location was great with easy access to skiing during the day and Main Street in Park City in the evenings. In-between we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the lower level deck. Snow was constantly shoveled and cleared from the walkway to the front door as well as the balconies. Puzzles and games were aplenty, which kept us entertained into the night. We will definitely book this condo again when we return.
