This house is close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away to have quiet family time or a romantic getaway. You must be 28 years old to rent our home.
The Space:

Outdoor dining.
With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
There is plenty of space for multi-generational families to spread out: 3 balconies, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a first-floor master bedroom for those persons who have difficulty going up/down stairs. We have 3 portable AC units. We offer quite a few amenities such as TV and foosball table and a sunny back yard with bbq, beach gear and wagon. Don’t worry, there is plenty of parking as well, a real asset in the busy downtown area. 2-car garage with room for a 2 small cars in the garage and a 3rd spot parking parallel behind the garage and free street parking right out front.
Location, Location Location!! 1-block to the beach, 2 blocks to Downtown, 5 blocks to Pacific City- excellent shopping and dining.. Pacific City open! 31 Acres of Oceanfront Dining, Shopping and Entertainment.

Pets:
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring, age weight and breed for your breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
House rules
After you reserve, we will have you sign our rental agreement online and provide a photo id, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above. No pets without permission.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.

Loved this property, very close to everything you need to enjoy HB.. The only issue we had, was the oven was dirty with grease so it set off the smoke detector every time we used it and the A/C unit in the master bedroom room leaked water on the floor.
Loved the location of the house. We were close to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance. There was plenty of room in the house for 3 generations. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook meals. And the kids enjoyed all the beach toys provided. Thank you for another wonderful vacation.

Went to Cali for a wedding and stayed in this house for a week. Beautiful house just a minute walk from everything downtown HB. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed not having to battle LA traffic to have something to do.
Nice cozy house, great beach access. Really enjoyed HB and time there.
Everything about this location was great. But the problem keeping this location downgraded was the master bath. Had terrible smell of mold/mildrew. Sink was backed up and no hot water in sink. Rust eating through shower/tub. In my opinion I would not stay there until this bathroom has been remodeled. Long overdue. The rest of house is great. Not sure why this one room was not done.
Our group ranged in age from 5 to 60. The location was perfect for all. Easy walking access to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. Great dog beach about 1.5 miles away. The yard was nice for dogs with a high wall to keep them safe. The layout of the house provides for privacy.
House Pros: Location - definitely right in the hub/close walking distance of beach, pier, shops and restaurants Nice shower upstairs Roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds Nice kitchen Comfortable furniture Nicely renovated Fully enclosed yard area for pets and children Cute upstairs patio Cons: Garage size is distorted in VRBO picture. It is small and full of stuff so our minivan just made it in and street parking is difficult to find. The one parking parallel to garage helps. When we arrived Wifi didn’t work; garage door deadbolt combination lock did not work so we changed battery; smoke alarm in upstairs bedroom was chirping so we changed battery. We could have asked property manager to have someone fix the issues but the last thing a guest wants to do when arriving in a vacation home is to have to call about problems in the home and have repair men coming in. A simple pre arrival inspection by property management could have fixed all issues before we arrived. Overall the home is very roomy and comfy, in an ideal location, and after dealing with the initial hiccups we had a great time.
Family only, but the house had room for us. Cute place with modern, comfortable furnishings near the beach and Pier. The only downside was that it needs a deep cleaning- very dusty, with an even dirtier patio and front area. So, only gave it 3 stars.
This place was perfect for our group of 10!!! So close to the beach, the peer, all the fun in Huntington Beach! This place is beautiful, spacious, and comes with everything you need to go to the beach! The owner was easy to talk with when we had a question and worked with a group our size! Look forward to coming back!
