Steps to Ocean & Bay: Bradenton Beach Townhome!

The views from the beach house were amazing! The place was super spacious, and it was just seconds from the beach. A few things could use fixing, the shower head in the master suite was broken off and needed replacing, and the second bedroom door can trap you from the inside. Overall though, it was still a great spot to relax and have fun!

Great location with easy access to beach, trolley stops, and beautiful bay views on the balcony. Clean and comfortable. Had beach carts with chairs umbrellas and toys. Which was perfect. It is on the third floor so just don’t over pack and you won’t have to make a lot of extra trips!

Amazing stay! Great location with easy access to the beach. Balcony was a highlight of the trip with sunrise views each morning. Had an issue with the dryer not working, but it was fixed early the very next day. Communication with on-site contact was great.

Highly recommended. Spacious unit. Good location. Good host. (3rd floor w no elevator). We had a great time.

This place was the perfect spot for home base on AMI. Convenient beach access only a couple blocks away, great views from the back deck, plenty of space for my family of 5 (the access to trundle beds is a nice touch).

We absolutely loved our stay!! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise in the morning from the porch and Amazing Sunsets just a short walk to the beach. The Townhome was very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet. We will be back!!Paul and JackiePalm Bay Fla

Very nice condo only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here with our two small kids (3 and 5) and had the best time! You can see the park from the patio! Amazing views of the ocean and bay! It had everything we needed to be comfortable and is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a nice place to stay with kids and enjoyed the convenience of it!

We stayed for 5 nights 1 week ago. Beautiful apartment, very spacious, spotlessly clean. Views of the bay from the living room/deck and views of the Gulf from master bedroom. 2 block walk from the beach. Neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking. Wonderful restaurant (Salt Bar & Table) a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great area! Close to beach and stores. We had no issues so didn't need to contact management. We did however meet a gentleman outside one afternoon who said he was the manager. Very friendly guy. I would definitely stay here again!

Just went down to try and support the area of AMI. Property was nicer then I expected. Not sure the pictures do it justice. Everything was clean and the location was great. Not more then a 5 min. golf car ride to about anywhere on the island. Wish we could have stayed longer but gives us a reason to return!

This property was beautiful and the location is exactly as advertised. I thought the view was actually better than what was described. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning. Stores are nearby and the beach is an easy walk.

We love this beach-to-bay location. Great kitchen, huge TV, nice deck for relaxing with family, short walk to beach and just steps to bay. This was our second stay in his home. We love it! Thank you! :)

Great location and space. The condo itself is plenty big to not feel on top of each other and is appointed with all the necessities. The location is in a perfect spot to catch both the sunrise and the sunset. Just an all around great spot to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The island isn’t back to 100% after the back-to-back hurricanes but it is close and the people were so happy to have tourists visiting again.

The Townhouse was clean, we had everything we needed. There was chairs to take to the beach along with a wagon to haul them. We had absolutely no issues. The location was great. No issues getting around on the island with the hurricane clean up.

We had a great trip even though cut short due to Helene. The stairs were a little much for unpacking and packing. We would suggest making electric recliners workable. This would have been great after a long day on beach. Overall, we loved the condo and had a great time. Delis ious food and tge friendliest people ever.

It was our first time staying in AMI and by the time we tried booking the rentals in the 'main/north part of the island were all snatched up so we took a chance on staying a little further south... and we're definitely going to do this every time. The property location was great - easy walking distance to the beach with a 5 and 2 yr old (easier than some of our stays at high rise hotels on the beach). Our unit was clean, cozy and just so comfortable with two small kids. There's beach equipment in the garage that was very convenient. One umbrella and 4 chairs per unit plus a beach wagon - we ended up buying a tent because one umbrella wasn't enough to give shade to two parents and 2 boys trying to play in the sand. Note that the first floor area is communal but we only used it when we were using the outdoor shower/wash off area.

Had never been to Anna Maria Island before but it's a beautiful beach and where you are at this property is a perfect location. Literally 5 min (or less) walk to the beach and a view of the inlet water from the deck. The garage is stocked with a beach cart, nice beach chairs, floats, and umbrella so you are well stocked for a beach adventure. And this part of the beach was not very crowded which was really nice. Restaurants are a 5-15 min drive. Really loved the convenient and beautiful location. The interior was very nice too and as shown in the pictures. Note that the screened in area is a shared space with the other unit (not an issue for us but good to be aware of). Kitchen supplies could have been a bit better stocked (bring Tupperware if needed!) but had the absolute essentials.

The place was lovely! So close to the bay and beach. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella available. Would stay here again!
