Stayed Dec 19, 2025House is in a great location and is clean and comfortable. However, there was no information about the property except how to get in. Particularly, there was no wifi passwords and all attempts to contact the property manager got no response. There was no toilet paper, the dishwasher was dirty and full, and all the outdoor garbage cans were packed. Evolve is listed at the property management company but they are virtual only and have no contact information. If you can't contact someone in person, don't rent this property

Stayed Jan 10, 2025We had a nice stay in this older but very clean home in a nice neighborhood. The communication was a little slow when we had questions while we were there but nothing too major. It was a nice stay and would stay again should we ever be in the area.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024It was fine. The house had no toilet paper in the master and no extra anywhere in the house. We reached out and was told to look in the bathroom closet which we had obviously done and looked everywhere else. Not a big deal, but something that vital should be there for guest.

Stayed May 31, 2024The location could not be in any better. It’s only a few steps away to Lake Hollingsworth. Nice work neighborhood. The house we spacious and had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cold. I will definitely stay again

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Beautiful historical area near one of the many lakes in Lakeland. A 3-mile walk around the lake surrounded by a college, country club, and estates.
