Host was great with providing information and general communication. Property was extremely clean and tidy. The property decor was perfect and enjoyed by our group. Perfect location for Williams bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch by the bay. The location is perfect for getting around and seeing everything the area has to offer. We hit Fontana beach and Lake Como as well as the LG area. The home is well thought out and extremely organized. From the hot tub and fire pit to the bikes and beach toys, our entire family had a great time! Thank you Jessica for an amazing week!

It was the perfect set up for our family and had truly everything we could possibly need/want. Host was great in communication and clearly thoughtful in the design of the home. Would definitely recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy. The house is very nicely finished and updated. Every cabinet in the kitchen was labeled which was really helpful. Our host was very responsive and helpful, we had a great time and would gladly stay again!

Absolutely perfect. This was the best place for our four generation family vacation. The house is extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. My grandson loved the bunk beds, garage full of toys but most of all the scooters. He loved riding the scooters while we walked to the Green Grocery for coffee each morning. Passes to the public beach were included. Beach chairs and toys were available. The host was accommodating and replied within 24 hours to all questions and messages. We will be staying here again. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Our favorites from the trip Location and walk ability, we walked to dinner, the beach and the shoreline. Highly recommend.

The property is very clean and well laid-out. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and watching movies on the big screen TV. Everyone also enjoyed the seating and extra eating areas. Overall it was a wonderful time.

This is our second season at this property. It never disappoints!

Recently renovated, everything was thoughtfully placed...tons of things to do for the kids (games, beach towels, wagon, ping pong table, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen made this house a pleasure to stay in. Host was absolutely wonderful and quick in response to random questions. We were visiting family in the area and know the area well. Will definitely stay again if we have a larger party that comes in the summertime to visit Williams Bay.

This was the perfect home for our multigenerational family group. It offers a perfect area for the teens with the finished walkout basement. Great selection of toys for our 2 year grandson. Nicely remodeled ranch home just steps from the water. Easy walk / short drive to some great restaurants / park / beach area. Had everything needed to prepare meals there. Everything in great working order. We will stay here again! Owners were great to work with, too! I appreciate their attention to detail. Thanks again!

Plenty of accommodations in the house very clean everyone enjoyed themselves. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home! The owners have truly thought of every detail! Closets equipped with laundry bins hangers, luggage racks. LOVEDthe labeling of the kitchen cabinets!! It’s always hard to find things in other people’s kitchens. Toys, beach necessities, tons of charging stations, towels, etc! Loved being able To walk to the grocery and ice cream shop and Pier 290 was so great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My mom and I booked this trip as a girls getaway. She has cancer and struggles with stairs. Although the house was beautiful and immaculately clean, I would mention the stairs in the description for rental as older people and people with issues with stairs should be aware of the climb. We also had a plumbing issue but the owners were very gracious and even refunded a portion back to us for our troubles. Overall the house is beautiful the beds were super comfy too so much so that I ordered a mattress of the same kind. If you are thinking about staying here and don't have issues with stairs definitely book it. It is lovely. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this property. Jessica was so gracious and responsive to our inquiries and questions before our stay. She was so kind and the communication was easy. My husband, I and the other guests loved all the accommodations including the large main living spaces that we used for talking as a group, the hot tub was so fun, and we loved the fire pit too! We would absolutely stay there again! ❤️
