Bentonville, Arkansas
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/ 1 bath house. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, while the guest room is furnished with a one twin-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 3 people. There is a futon in the living room for a fourth person if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to make your favorite meals.
My place is close to family-friendly activities, the city center, and nightlife. Situated in the heart of Bentonville, this house is the perfect jumping off point for your vacation!
Just what we needed, close to downtown and the trails!
Everything we needed except for an actual coffee maker, rather than a pod style machine. We don't use those, so we went and bought our own coffee maker with a pot.
Super sweet host. About 1/2 mile walk to historic down town Bentonville. Could use some decorating to make it feel homey.
Small and cozy.
Enjoyed Bentonville. The TV was terrible. We really wanted to be able to veg and watch movies. The sound quality was terrible. Dead roach on kitchen counter. No ice, no kitchen towels. The bed was comfortable and like being able to do laundry. We made the best of it and enjoyed Bentonville. Beth
Small and perfect for our needs’
Great little place to stay, very close to MTB trails. Perfect to ride out and back to enjoy to local trails.
Property was as advertised. It is an older home. So don't expect modern amenities. Great little place for a weekend getaway on the trails. Easy to get to trails and downtown. The only negative thing, there is no place for bike storage other than the living room.
Less than a mile Walking distance to the action at the Bentonville square or culture of Crystal Bridges! If you're not too picky- Think motel instead of hotel- then this place is fine. Quiet corner close to everything. Be aware that the bunk bed in 2nd bedroom is wobbly & needs to be tightened up. If sleeping on the futon (in living room), I recommend adding a sleeping pad from the storage room. Stayed in May 2024.
Perfect location to see all the activities in Bentonville but quiet for sleeping. Very clean. It's a great place for 2 friends who just want a place to hang at in between activities.
1)Insects and dirt entering around window A/C units due to improper sealing. 2)No place to sit other than two folding chairs and a badly stained couch so low to the floor it was very difficult to get up from. 3)Mold around tub drain. 4) Unable to tell if the outside door from the laundry room was even lockable.5) No easy access to the front door without walking through wet grass.6) No hand rail near the back steps from the deck to the parking area.
Great location to access all the trails and to downtown fun.
The cost/benefit of this property is excellent. For someone sleeping in the queen bed where there’s an AC in the room, is quite comfortable. The second room with a bunker bed can be hot at times and the bunker is wobbly and uncomfortable. This is a great place for a couple or friends who don’t mind some shortcomings and are in a budget. For me personally, I will be back. Brandie is quite fast answering questions. Coffee maker is a Keurig so bring your own pods. We had to keep the bikes in the living room as no shed is found in this property. Neighborhood is quiet and seems safe.
Awesome spot. Excellent proximity to trails and downtown. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.
Perfect location near trails. Everything we needed nothing we didn’t.
When looking for a place to stay in Bentonville my wife and I wanted something close to town, close to trails, and at an affordable price. This property fit those requirements perfect. A private driveway was great to make parking easy.
We had an overall good stay.
We cancelled the Vrbo due to absolutely no heat was available. This was not indicated on the VRBO website. I told it like it was. Change your listing
Love the location to downtown Bentonville! Clean house, but not 5 stars. The bunkbeds did not seem sturdy enough for a big kid/adult on the top bunk. Great communication with the host.
Nice cottage ideally located close to trails and town square.
Perfect for a short weekend stay.
Nice spot, clean and covers the basics. Charm of an old house-
Good property for a weekend getaway
We spent almost no time in this unit outside from sleeping, but it was cozy and very nicely located.
This is such a cute and clean little house. It was perfect for accessing the downtown area and Crystal Bridges. My friend and I had a wonderful time! Big thanks to the host for providing a great space for travelers.
Perfect. Nicely located for walking everywhere, including to Crystal Bridges and to town.
Front porch light was out, there were no handrails on front or back steps. There was a problem with ants in the kitchen, bathroom and living room . Lighting was poor throughout the house. One bedroom lamp did not have an outlet to plug it into. The AC units worked well
One week prior to our trip a VRBO owner canceled on us. We found this last minute for a good price. Close to town and comfortable. The kitchen floor needs work and not conducive to small children. The two window air conditioners worked flawless. Everything else was well stocked for a small place. Yes we would stay here again. Yes you could find fancier for a lot more money. If you just need a place to crash like we did, this is your huckleberry!
Walking distance to parks with springs and 250 yr old trees. Also just a few blocks to Crystal Bridges.
Our two night stay was great. Loved being able to walk just about anywhere that we didn't bike to.
Easy access to downtown, Crystal Bridges, biking trails. Basic amenities.
Everything was perfect, couldn’t ask for a better location for biking.
