Loved having a garage! Very spacious condo, located within walking distance of downtown, shops, restaurants, the Walmart museum. We were there on a Saturday morning and got to experience their farmer's market. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, very up to date and comfortable! Loved the proximity to historic Bentonville! Easy 5 minute walk. Garage for storing bikes or car is wonderful. The only other option for staying this close to historic Bentonville is the 21C hotel and we've stayed there several times. Nice place but way too expensive! We will definitely choose this apartment over the 21C any day!!! Also, we had no issue with a squeaky bed!

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great communication with host! We chose to stay here for our bikepacking trip and were super glad we chose this one. We will be staying here again in the future.

The house was extremely clean and cute, and the location couldn’t be beat! We had lots of food options within walking distance, in addition to the Saturday farmers’ market and the local library. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I came in for business and chose this house vs a local hotel. Worked well for me. Great location. Close to dining, etc. When I come back to Bentonville, I would consider staying here

Property was very nice and exactly as advertised. Nice 11/2 bath with roomy bedrooms and garage storage for bikes. The only complaint is the room with 2 twin beds had a black chair for sitting to put shoes on and it was covered in dog hair so no sitting for us. Not a huge deal but should be clean everything for that price per night and all service fees

Great place near downtown and the biking trails. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Bentonville for a few days.

The house was really nice and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Location is amazing, so close to the square. House has what you need for a good bike trip, too. Clean, well lit garage and a backyard with a garden hose. Amen.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bentonville. The house was in the perfect location to walk, or ride, just about everywhere. There is a barbeque, but after 2 uses it ran out of propane. It was a very hot week in Bentonville and the air conditioning was a life saver. We would definitely stay there again. We have rented before and this was by far much better than other places were have stayed.

This property worked perfectly for my long weekend. The location and accommodations were excellent!

Great VRBO - super close to downtown square, spacious unit, garage for the Mtn bikes. Definitely recommend.

The property is as advertised. Pictures and description are accurate. It's such a pleasant experience when that happens. It is right off the main street where there is a bunch of fun stuff going on. The property is also a 2 minute bike ride to the Mtb trails. Best of both worlds. And if you prefer the privacy of staying in a single family home while be close to the action, this property is perfect. I would absolutely stay again.
