We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in North Myrtle Beach! The property has a great aesthetic—stylish, clean, and still very comfortable. The outdoor shower with warm water was such a treat after a day at the beach, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like the pool and beach supplies. The rooftop lookout was especially cool, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the view and relax. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We went on blended family vacation spanning three generations to Brad's house and after careful consideration on what rental to choose from the many available, the trip far exceeded all of our expectations and if we had to say anything negative, it would be that we could not stay longer! From the cleanliness of home when we arrived along with having more than expected provided amenities, including a dual full size & Keurig coffee maker, cooking essentials including high-end knives and all the necessary cookware along with both a charcoal and Weber gas grill, and a robot vacuum for any extra sand that could have made its way into the house. The kitchen and laundry appliances were also top notch - the hidden door for filtered water from the fridge was an added bonus.Our stay included a few rain drops here and there which meant everyone coming together for a Netflix movie, playing one of the included board games or enjoying the central location of the area's many restaurants, Brad ensured there was always something available for everyone, something that was important for a trip like ours and having multiple families occupy the same house only led to all of us leaving our vacation with many memories. Having our own pool and hot tub as well as the proximity to the beach itself only added to the ease of togetherness ending with a week of pure enjoyment and relaxation, mostly due to what Brad's house has to offer. We would recommend this home to anyone.

This beach house worked great for our family. This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to come back. The pool was so nice since some of the family members don't like to get in the ocean.

Although, the cleanliness was not up to standard for such a huge cleaning fee that was charged, we overlooked the dirt and enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were spacious, and everyone agrees the comfort of the beds were on point but only two of the rooms had tvs which was a downfall. The kitchen had all the necessities and had great options between plastic and glassware. There was a drawer full of spices which was a plesant surprise. The kitchen has fully upgraded appliances, great working dish washer. The location of the house was key. Being steps away from the beach was so convenient and you can see the ocean from the porch! This was our favorite part. They supplied shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom which was an added bonus. The house provided laundry detergent, toilet paper, towels for showers, towels for the pool and more.The pool is a great size but was dirty. Full of sand at first until the pool company came out and cleaned it but the pool was full of bugs and the net to clean the pool is broken. Rating our overall stay I'd say a 4 out of 5 only because of cleanliness. We would stay here again!

Our family loves this beach house. We stayed here two years ago. Some of my family members don't like to get in the ocean so the pool and hot tub were great. The pier was an easy walk.

Had a great stay! Loved how close it was to the beach, a beautiful part of Myrtle. Peyton was awesome, super responsive and always available if we needed anything. Just a heads-up for light or noise-sensitive sleepers: you might want to bring a box fan or something similar. I mentioned to Peyton that the window coverings don’t really block any light. Also, be prepared for the trash trucks from a nearby high-rise every morning at 6am like clockwork. The first time it happened, we thought there was a storm or even an earthquake! Not the owner’s fault at all, and luckily, I was able to fall back asleep each day. The place was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Pool cleaners came the first full day, which was great to see. Only small downside was the hot tub, it had way too much chlorine. It bleached some of our clothes and irritated the kids’ skin. But honestly, that kind of thing can happen anywhere. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we’d definitely come back!

Great house for a family vacation! We had 9 adults and 2 toddlers and it was a perfect fit. 2 minute walk from beach through light dunes, pool was clean and refreshing. Viewing platform on roof great for stargazing. Great communication from owner and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.

I was pleased with how well the house was prepared for us with the essential items needed for our house until we could get settled in. The location was great for getting to the beach with young children. This was the perfect place. I would recommend this house to anyone. Hopefully it is available when I am looking to come back to Myrtle Beach.
