We are back and Newly Renovated 2024! Your beach resort Villa walking distance to the beach, Times square, and Margaritaville.

⚠️ PROPERTY UPDATE (Through Mid-July 2026): Our complex courtyard pool is closed until mid-July for health department reclassification. Guests receive FREE passes to Matanzas pool (a 10-minute walk), and we are easy walking distance to the beach!

Note: You may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period. By booking dates prior to mid-July, you acknowledge these temporary updates. Passes and details will be waiting in your suite!

House Rules

*Our Cottage is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the suite. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No parties or events. No Smoking/vaping or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit provided prior to check in.

Pet Rule: Pets are allowed for a fee but must let us know size and number of pets ($100 pet fee per pet). Unapproved or notified pets will result in a $600 fine and possible termination of contract.

*EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

*During stay: • be respectful of neighbors and neighborhood • treat house as you would your own (or better) • observe quiet hours 10pm – 8am • smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or porches ($250 fee) • park only in marked parking sign spot • lock doors when property unattended • no unregistered guests or visitors at any time ($250 fee per person per occurrence) and maximum 2 guests during stay • no disconnecting or tampering with wireless router, security cameras, smart lock or other electronics • no moving furniture • no illegal activity of any kind •no items other than provided toilet paper to be flushed down toilet• To avoid extra cleaning costs please do not allow guests/kids to eat on beds or on sofas/couches • Please do not bring colored pencils, markers, crayons, and paints to the house

*If there are any issues during your stay please notify as immediately.

*Prior to checkout: • thoroughly wash and dry dishes and put away • remove all food from refrigerator •returned borrowed household items to original locations • turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors. Return all AC remotes to walls


*** We highly recommend that all guests obtain trip insurance. If guests are unable to travel, they can contact their insurance holder to request reimbursement.***

Parking: Assigned parking spaces (2 vehicles)

We are not responsible for things outside of our control throughout your stay including but not limited to the weather, wildlife activity, and disruptions in power or internet.

The home has a smart locking system and outdoor only security cameras on the premises, to ensure your safety and comfort.

* The Island are the native habitat for many creatures big and small. We do our best to keep the critters out by having a pest control every few weeks, but every once in a while critters and crawlies do get in. Please keep doors closed

* A $200 refundable security deposit is collected upon booking can be used to cover any damage that occurs during the stay. Automatically refund after 7 days after stay if no damages occur.

    We really enjoy staying at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and with everything you need to enjoy your stay, complete kitchen, bathroom with shampoo and conditioner, beach towels. Very well located, walking distance to beach and downtown/restaurants. I would stay here again.

    From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful.The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.

    We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street.

    This apartment is in the IDEAL location. We parked the car and were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars easily. You can see the beach and water from the bedroom with the king bed. The apartment is well equipped and the pool was perfect for a dip after being at the beach. We will definitely be booking this spot again!

    This space is just a real quick and easy walk to the beach, Margaritaville and all that Times Square has to offer. The shared pool was great for a quick morning dip before hitting up the beach. The house was supplied with the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, salt and pepper. Nothing fancy, but was very clean and the location was perfect. There is no access to laundry or beach chairs. We rented from Shaded Rentals which was SO convenient. But as long as you know these things going in, everything should be great! Communication with the owner was also very easy. Giselle was very responsive!

    Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use more plates.Maybe a stand in the bathroom to set things on. Mirrors in bedroom and TVs.
