Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Woodsview with my extended family. It was the perfect house for 12 people. We had an overall amazing stay! As someone who works in the travel industry, I can be a tough critic at times, but this house exceeded my expectations. Number 1 was cleanliness- it is the very first thing I look for. The house was clean, the porch in the back was huge and covered, so you were free from the bugs. We spent every night outside playing games. The location was great for those that want a little but of everything. We did MI City and New Buffalo beaches and restaurants. Thank you for a great time. We will be back!

A perfect place to celebrate our mom’s 80th bday all together! The screened in porch was fabulous and kept the bugs out. The hot tub was heavenly, smores roasting on the campfire, the pool was perfect for all ages, and the house was roomy, modern, and clean. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap! Other than that, it was a great place to make memories!

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. So many extra’s: games, toys for kids, pool toys. Nicely decorated. Pool and picnic area very family friendly. Enjoyed screened in porch and hot tub. The house is conveniently located right next to the pool. Unfortunately, several families stayed at the pool until 11:00 pm and were quite loud. We asked them to quiet down as it was keeping our infant and toddler grandsons awake. They refused saying the pool was open until 11:00 and they would leave then. They did as promised… screaming kids until 11. Thankfully they went home at 11.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for our fictive adults and five kids. Spacious. Well equipped. The kitchen works week- we cooked a lot of meals. We love the lfishing pond (the kids caught a 2lb large mouth bass), the pool, and grounds. The second bedroom in front of house needs night stands and room darkening blinds. None of the showers have shelves for soap/shampoo. Mattresses are ok. 2 other bedrooms have low grade trundle beds, seems like you could do bunk beds or something better for multiple sleepers. This seems like a model home. With all of that being said, it’s a solid house. We enjoyed the layout as well.

House has everything you need especially if you have small children. Loved being so close to New Buffalo. Lots of good restaurants and excellent beach. My only suggestion would be putting another queen bed in the room that contains the futon. Otherwise great vacay and awesome house!

We ranged in age from 2 to 72 and house fit like a glove. Ample bed (including a crib), bathrooms, and spaces to visit. Pool was a plus.

The house was perfect for our group! Very kid friendly and easy to check in and out of. The community pool is so great. Well definitely be back!

Super nice and new but with kids in mind (twin/trundles, baby gates at stairs, games, toys, puzzles, high chair etc). Right next door to the pool- which was super convenient. It is in a little community that is being built, and is very secluded and peaceful. We were about a 2 mile drive from town- not really walkable or driveable but that wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely book again!!

Plenty of glasses of every type and plates bowls etc. Four and a half baths which is wonderful when there are 11 people. Located close to town which is very convenient. We had some minor which were resolved immediately by the management company. The light color carpeting in the basement needs a good cleaning.
