Steps from Beach, 4BR Raised Beach House

Very nice place. My family enjoyed our thanksgiving there. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Access to the beach is right across the street, although it was pretty chilly. This would be a wonderful place during the warmer months. Communication was great.

Outside area very dirty, patio door latch/handle broken, shower upstairs did not shut off completely, patio chair arms broken, couch was very dirty, had to clean before we used it.

Customer service excellent/responsive; cleanliness could have been better, when arrived found sand in one bed, felt on floor; had issue with 2 tvs had rep come to help us which was great.

I bounced back and forth between a 3 and a 4 on this one. ***** communication with Val- she was great!***** location, could not have asked for more***** comfort and sleepability of the beds*** kitchen- everything worked, but we cook at home more than eat out, so needed some things we could not find (baking dishes, measuring cups)*** time to hit up costco and update bathroom towelsWe had 4 generations at the house including my mother in law, our three kids, one daughter in law and two grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us. Having two master bedrooms was wonderful! Parking was good too. Great location for beach a short walk across the street and well located to see all the sights.

We had a great time visiting Myrtle Beach! The property was in a great location and right across the street from the beach. Owners communicated great before and during our stay. We have a family of 5 and plenty of space for all.

The host, Val, was excellent. Very prompt in answering questions and great with hospitality. However, the upkeep of the property, in my opinion for the price paid, was lacking. At first glance it appears very nice. But the details were left unkept. The kitchen cooking equipment was in bad shape. The living room furniture has seen a lot of wear and tear, details missed (cleanliness of bathroom vents, burn out lights, AC vents, washer/dryer issues along with screws out of multiple places. Might be picky but I don’t feel we got what we paid for.

Great location and just the right space we were looking for. Appreciated having a bedroom on the first floor; very convenient. Nice house, close to the beach and street view.

Beautiful beach home close to everything. Very spacious and clean home. Had all the amenities and appliances. Owner was very helpful. Loved the experience. Would definitely recommend.

The place was in a great location & suited our needs perfectly. The place was beautiful & the pool us a definite bonus! The owner Val was SUPER to communicate with. Prompt & efficient replies.

Enjoy the property very clean right on the strip walking distance from a lot of places only problem that I had was parking since they don’t have a over flow parking area had to find somewhere to park additional vehicles but other then that love it host response and answer any questions that I had so any time I’m looking to go to Myrtle Beach I will try to book with them again….

Cottages very nice. Perfect location, close to shows, restaurants. Not too crowded. Nice neighborhood. Ocean just across the street.

The host was so friendly. She answered me within minutes each time I messaged her. We were very surprised with how clean the floors were! Just overall great experience! Loved the scripture throughout the house!! Highly recommend!’

Nice house with close proximity to the beach.

Our group of 5 (2 couples, one solo) enjoyed a really comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone (plus a spare bedroom in case a partner snored too loudly). There was more than enough bedding and towels. Having a washer and dryer and outdoor shower was a real game changer, too. Val was quick to respond and really helpful. It was the perfect place for our off season getaway

Roomy and clean and plenty of space to entertain. Visiting family in Myrtle Beach and we were able to have family over.

Pretty dirty, hodgepodge of dishes, towels are awful and stained. The sheets are colored and that means that they don't bleach them which is pretty gross. And, no wine opener which is ridiculous!

Wonderful home close to beach and activities

This property is absolutely amazing! The 1 min walk to the beach help out so much because have 2 toddler and carrying all the beach stuff would have ended me if we weren’t so close. All the amenities in the house were so clean, easy to use and made this trip more relaxing. The owner is super responsive. That five stars isn’t enough to justify how fast the owner response. I had to drive down for 8+ hours to get here and when I walked into this property, a sense of relief came because everything and the whole experience was exactly how it’s detailed to be.

House was awesome. Really convenient beach access, and the balcony was nice as well.

The host was wonderful, and great with checking in and communicating. The space was very clean, close to the beach and perfect for a family with children. It’s also close to so many things to do, plenty of stores, lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The location is great! It's definitely more than 30 steps from the beach, but as easy walk. The pool is great. The home looked and smelled clean. The sectional definitely needs replaced, but otherwise the accommodations were perfect for our group. When we arrived, the smoke detector was chirping. The property manager responded immediately. A few minor housekeeping notes . . . there were clean dishes in the dishwasher and a dirty dish cloth in the sink that the cleaning crew neglected to put away and there was a bathing suit hanging in the upstairs master bath. I would definitely recommend the home and will stay again when in the area.

The trip to the beach with my family was very nice. The house was clean and as described just little further away from beach then thought as described. The pool area was small but nice allows the kids to cool off and swim with out being at the beach it self. Had an issue with smoke detectors beeping for low battery we assume and had fast response from owner and she sent property manager out as soon as it was possible.
