We had a great time! House was ready before check-in time of 4pm, so the property manager let us know we could check in a couple of hours early. The home was beautiful and has everything you need to live there for the week! We did bring some extra paper towels and toilet paper, and glad we did based on the reviews we read, but there is some there for you. We did have a few issues that were addressed almost immediately which included an outside house spicket that had a steady leak, and no LP gas for the grill. The property managers came within a few minutes and fixed the plumbing as well as dropped off new LP tanks. The only negative really about the property is that the tile around the pool gets EXTREMELY hot during the summer days. To the point where you have to wear sandals around the pool or you cannot walk out there. Also, the second bathroom cannot be accessed on the bottom floor unless you go outside in the back yard and through the laundry room. Other than that, I have nothing else negative to say! We would definitely stay here again! Hosts were great and AC was ice cold during June!

I took my family and our 24' Ranger Bay Boat to Marathon for the week. This was a perfect base camp. The location was perfect and made fishing the 7 mile bridge, patch reefs, and flats an easy run. We hit the nearby sandbars and came back to eat at Sparkys and Havana Jacks regularly. The ice maker on tbe property was a godsend. We had iced down coolers yeti 110 and 65) and fishboxes daily. The ice machine never struggled. The bait freezer was great to have pnsite as well The back patio area was a davorite spot of ours. Our kids lived in the pool,while we hung out under the tiki hut listening to music and hydrating.

We loved this house, recent updates have been done to the entire property and it was very clean. Enjoyed the outdoor amenities and dock. Had several visits from manatees. Monica was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here, will be booking again on our next trip if available!

Such a great area and property for a family vacation!!

This is home was beautiful and 100% spotless! While the inside was comfortable and clean, we spent almost all of our time outside enjoying the private yard facing the canal in the morning sun and afternoon shade. Everything we needed to make dinner / grill out was provided. Lovely home to spend time relaxing with our family.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is decorated beautifully, and the outside area is delightful. We would love to return.

The stay was wonderful - the house matched the listing exactly and everything actually worked! It was such a treat to be on the water with a pool. The communication with the host was top notch. Will hopefully be back again!

My friends and family and I cannot stop raving about this vacation home. We had an absolutely amazing time staying here for a long weekend. This house was recently renovated, and all of the finishes/decorations were beautiful. It was spotless upon check-in and the property manager, Monica, was always available if we needed her. The two kitchens (1 on each floor) were completely stocked with every utensil and appliance you could think of, as well as there being an abundant amount of towels/linen provided. This home was in the most perfect location. The waterfront views were amazing & was perfect to enjoy the morning sunrise on the upstairs deck with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back in the summer. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Everything was perfectly advertised. Property manager was so helpful and very responsive. She’s amazing. The home was incredibly clean and tidy which made it very helpful with little hands everywhere. Only downfall was the pavers around the pool get incredibly hot and make it a necessity for wearing your shoes back there during the mid day… not sure what they could do about that. Home is still amazing and well thought out. Highly recommend.
