The house was impeccable and centrally located to everyone we wanted to see. The host was accommodating and extremely helpful.

Nice clean place with lots of flowers throughout the home. The set up makes you feel like your at home. Easy check in and great location for visiting anyone that lives in Quail Creek.

We had a GREAT stay at Yvette’s home! Only our second time to Arizona, but truly loved our accommodations!! Yvette was very accommodating and communication was flawless and prompt. Additionally, she had left us fresh fruit…. Some chocolate covered cookies that went along great with the coffee/creamer/sugar that she provided. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless!! We would definetly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area and will definetly stay here again the next time we travel to Arizona. As a fellow Evolve Property Manager and owner, I know what it takes to have an immaculate property and offer the nice little touches to make your guests stay that much more enjoyable! Spent three nights here with a friend on a quick girl’s trip. The house is comfortable, spacious, and well - stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the special treats left for us by the host and the easy communication. The location was perfect for us to visit with friends in Quail Creek, and would be an ideal location for a golf reatreat. We will be back!

Property was clean and well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, games and even pool towels to go for a swim.

Wonderfully appointed property with too many amenities to count! It was a perfect vacation with my sons. They had their own rooms and plenty of entertainment with multiple TVs throughout the house. Access to a lovely community pool and a nicely set up patio area perfect for sunset dinners. Hosts left us some delicious biscotti and coffee and a card with all the easiest ways to communicate with them. We are absolutely going to stay here again! We loved everything about this property!

This was a pleasant experience with comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice patio area and excellent communications with our host, Yvette Barakat.

Visiting family nearby so property was convenient.Noise from trains during the night kept us awake. A little too much “stuff” around the house for our liking, including little rugs everywhere.

Perfect for our family of 5; host was very accommodating

We have rented several VRBO properties, some markedly more expensive than this one. This is by far one of the best rentals. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. Lots of towels, silverware, dishes, TVs, extra bedding if needed and a welcome package for breakfast. We loved the coffee service so we could make only one cup and not a whole pot. Bathrooms had makeup removal pads for our use. Quiet location at the end of a cul de sac. Basically, we had a very comfortable stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Great communication with the host.

House was nice and clean.

This place was a nice place to stay with my adult children as we visited with grandparent is Green Valley. Convenient to both Green Valley and Tuscon.

Great playgrounds for children

My family and I came down from the East Coast to visit, my daughter, grand child and husband for Memorial Day.This vacation home had everything we needed particularly for cooking in the backyard. There are 3 bedrooms with lots of living room space, bathrooms were clean with lots of towels for guess. Please make sure to check pantry and refrigerator prior to going to supermarket because you may find that what you need is already available. The location is very quiet no disturbance whatsoever. Yvette was awesome in ensuring that we had everything that we needed, plus always accessible in case we had a question. I didn't get a chance to use the pool because we did a lot of site seeing. I also appreciated the fact that we could come through the garage and the front door. This spot is definitely great for vacationing. Overall, very satisfied with my stay. Thank You Yvette!!!

We had a great time. The house was very comfortable and really clean. Check in process was simple, door code provided to us by the host and we had no issues at all. The host reached out to us a few times to make sure all our needs and expectations were met. Really enjoyed the welcome gift basket of goodies provided by the host, nice touch. The location was nice and quiet and located near the golf courses we were playing. Plenty of places to dine out and shopping. We have already recommended this location to our friends.
