Step By Step: High End Beach Home Steps to Bellview Heated Pool and Park

We enjoyed our stay at Step By Step. The host was very responsive. The home is as described. Very nicely furnished and supplied.

The home was Extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and any cooking utensils I needed were available and clean. The home is beautiful and spacious and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for us; just a few houses down from the Bellview pool and tennis/basketball courts. The manager responded to texts promptly and check in and out was a breeze. And the porch is awesome. We spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings out there. Gotta have a porch in Carillon. This is a great home.

We had a fantastic time at step-by-step. The house is super clean, easy accessible and the beach was fantastic. We loved it and we’ll be back soon.

Its location near the pool and a quick walk to the beach makes it ideal. The home is nicely decorated (very well appointed) but not cluttered leaving plenty of room to spread out and relax for an extended stay whether you cook and host a family meal or order pizza from Lake Powell Pizza. We have rented Step by Step twice and would definitely rent again. It is very clean with comfy beds and furniture, and spacious gathering areas inside and out. And on a side note, the management company is so accommodating and responsive. We had a glitch with the coffee pot not working one morning and the rental manager showed up within the hour with a brand new pot! She saved the day!

We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, corrected promptly. She checked in frequently during our stay which was so appreciated.We would highly recommend Step by Step and loved working with Sandels by the Sea. Carillon is such a great family vacation spot.
