As such, it is right in the heart of it all in downtown Asheville, making it possible to literally walk to everything and anything downtown!

Private, luxury townhome located in the new, upscale Bauhaus residences in downtown Asheville. You are about 15 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and only 5 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also app. 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and easy access to everything in the WNC area. (1-car garage.)

This home offers convenient access to Downtown Asheville. Because of its central location, guests should expect some street noise, traffic, pedestrians, and occasional nearby construction.

- This is a townhouse and does have stairs.
- A large renovation project is scheduled to take place from September 2024 through Spring of 2026 on McCormick field which is the the Asheville Tourists home field. There may be construction noise that is out of our control

Parking: 1-car, private garage, and street parking available for guests.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

    This property wasn't what we expected. We got a message on check in day letting us know the front door wasn't working and couldn't be used. We normally get food delivered so kept having to ask everyone to meet us at the garage. The windows in the living room overlook the staging area for construction with dumpsters and portable toilets. Other windows open to area between buildings. Bedrooms have queen beds and bed in master bedroom was an extremely firm spring mattress. Master shower was full of black mildew at bottom and master toilet had a pink ring by day 3. Wifi was very slow for most of the week and we had to use our phone as a Hotspot to stream TV. The last day we were there, it actually worked so not sure what was causing the issue. Kitchen was in good condition and we enjoyed being downtown. We didn't really use the roof deck but it was in good condition. Overall, we didnt feel like the quality was there and wouldn't rent this unit again.

    Very small and lots of stairs. Constuction next door lots and very noisy. Limited availability so thankful for somewhere to stay but if I return this small unit did not make for a comfortable visit.

    My family was there for a lengthy stay during my husband’s admission to ICU. The building was spacious and we each had our own bathrooms and privacy. The elevator was essential for loading and unloading. The communication with the rental company was gracious and very sensitive to our tragic situation.

    We enjoyed our stay with friends. We were able to get tickets to the Asheville Tourists baseball game which is right next to the rental The location is walking distance to breweries and restaurants which was nice.unit.
