The Space:
This beautiful, newly remodeled Eagle home accommodates 8 people comfortably in its 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With one bedroom on the main level and the other three upstairs. Stunning open floor plan, great for family entertaining. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen to allow ease when cooking from home. Full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. With a fire place and 70 Inch flat screen smart tv. Two couches make for plenty of seating. The dinning room table seats 6 and has leaf to extend to fit 8 or 10. The backyard has a propane bbq and table for outside dining. You’d be happy to know that this location is walking distance to Eagle’s bike park and Eagle’s hiking trails. Two minutes from grocery store and 3 minutes to downtown Eagle. Along with a short car ride to neighboring cities, 10 minutes to Meridian and 5 minutes to Boise.
Primary bedroom is located upstairs king bed smart tv en-suite bathroom with shower & tub and closet.
Upstairs bedroom one features a queen sized bed and twin bed with trundle bed pull out and smart tv and closet. Upstairs Bedroom two has a queen bed with closet and Full bathroom upstairs with bath shower combo.
Downstairs bed room with one twin bed, this room can be a great play space as it has glass doors easily visible from living area but privacy curtains when used as a forth bedroom. There is no closet in the room.

Guests have access to the entire home, as shown in photos, listed amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The Echo Creek neighborhood is located in northern Eagle Idaho. The neighborhood offers many great amenities including a community park with a playground, skate park, basketball court, and large field.
located off Highway 55 with easy access to all Eagle amenities and highway access to head up into the mountains.
Getting Around:
Property is located in the Eagle foot hills in a residential neighborhood and has access to eagles bike park as well as public hiking trails within walking distance. Restaurants, grocery stores, other shopping amenities are within 2-3 miles of the house. Public transportation would not be an option so have a vehicle is recommended. Approximately 1.5 miles from WinCo and Stinker Gas Station Convenience Store. 5 minutes to downtown Eagle with local dining and entertainment, 15 minutes to Meridian and the Meridian Village for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown Boise. Famous Idaho attractions on easy to access. 1.5 hour drive to McCall, 3 hour drive to Sun Valley, and 1 hour drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort. Along with a 35 minute drive to the airport. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing, and rock climbing all less than an hour away from the home.
Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Yard Service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay.
~ Please Complete your Airbnb Profile, Add a Profile Photo and Make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnb.com or on the airbnb app. Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly.

We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to digital key pad.
