Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (6) and a bar with (2) bar stools.
Bright and open living area featuring sleeper sofa that converts to a sofa bed. Additional sofa chairs for seating to relax and enjoy! Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Two Queen bedrooms furnished with comfortable mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each featuring their own unique style. Each room has closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.
Updated and clean Main bath with tub/shower combo, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
There is a full-size Washer & Dryer in laundry room, as well as iron and ironing board for guests to use.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located to Boise, & Nampa off of I-84 in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are coffee shops within walking distance. Restaurants and shops are just under a mile away. There are several restaurants that are all less than 5 minutes from the property and endless dessert options as well.
Approx. 10 min drive to Eagle Road which boasts endless retail shopping, including the Village. The Village at Meridian features upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined village streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and world class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, The Village at Meridian provides a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Walmart.
Downtown Boise (20 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks include Julius M Kleiner, Champion Park and Settlers Park. Lakeview Golf Club & Roaring Springs Water Park are two local attractions as well as Meridian Speedway.
Local Universities are Boise State University (20 min), Northwest Nazarene University (20 min), College of Idaho (21 min).
Local day trips St Chapelle Winery (32 min), McCall Idaho (2 hr 14 min), Idaho City Hot Springs (1 hour), Lucky Peak Reservoir (27 min), the Bruneau Dunes (1 hr 13 min).
Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 1-2 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended. Approx. 1 mile to Albertsons & Maverick convenience store.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.
Boise Airport (18 min.)
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.
Other Things to Note:
~ Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private studio unit off the back of the property. The property is separated into two units with totally separate and private entrance and no areas in your area of the home are shared.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties without prior approval.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Please Complete your Airbnb Profile, Add a Profile Photo and Make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on airbnb. Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly.
