Stay & Play at 4 Seasons Cove w/ Hot Tub

Perfect option for your lake of the ozarks trip, we all had a great experience!!

Our stay was great!

Great place to stay! Quiet corner of the lake. There are pictures that aren’t super accurate. There is no fire pit currently and the grill is a bit rusted but we made it work. Communication was fine. We were never told what we can and can’t use on the property, we asked when we weren’t sure and got a quick response but this would be a great thing to add to the welcome guide (I.e. water trampoline, margarita machine). All in all, we had a great time!

Great property, perfect for our annual lake trip. Plenty of room and things to do for all ages.

The house was in a great location

I only book houses with hot tubs and was told it was broken the day I checked in and only received 200 back.There is only one parking space for a house that sleeps 16. Other people have to park on a road that is very curvy and only has a shoulder on some areas of the road, so you cannot park very near the house.It had a nice outdoor bar hot tub area, but again the hot tub was broken. The outdoor bar was absolutely filthy. It had a trash can full of trash, mold growing on the machines used to make daquiris, everything was sticky. It had a cooler that had food in it with bugs crawling on it.On the inside of the house there were dead bugs on the carpets and window sills. The upstairs carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a used razor in two of the showers. The inside of the house was not filthy like the outdoor bar area, but it wasn't very clean either. The fridges and freezers both had food that had been left in them. There were stains on the bedding. We had planned on grilling out one night but the grill was completely rusted out. There were two holes in the wall.When I called to complain about the cleanliness of the house, the property manager told me that she knew the house was not dirty, because it never had been. But she did send back the house cleaner who did some of the things we asked such as vacuuming the upstairs and taking out the trash in the bar. The house is in a great location and has a decent private dock to swim off of.

We had 13 of us for a girls trip stay for a girls trip, and we all were very comfortable in Melissa's place. It was very well stocked, we were able to check-in a little early, her communication was extremely responsive, was eager to take action when there was a slight hiccup and made up for it. This property exceeded our expectations. Within 10-15 minutes to either the downtown area or some of the popular bars. Thanks again!

The house was really wonderful! It had plenty of space for our group, and a ton of supplies. The central location was really nice. The host responded to any questions quickly.

Me and my fiancé got this house for our wedding party to do a combined bachelorette & bachelor party. The house was amazing fit 13 of us comfortably and was such a fun place to spend our lake weekend. We would absolutely go back and stay here again!

Our 2nd stay here, great house with lots of bedrooms and enough bathrooms to meet our groups needs.

This was an annual family trip, 3 generations and we had a great time. The house met all our needs, very well stocked and very clean. Ages 4 to 67 all had a good time plenty of room for everyone. The only downside was the parking but there is off road parking near by.

We had one question with the dock and the host got back to us immediately. Great location and neighbors were nice

Plenty of room to hang out or spread out. Easy lake access, hot tub, clean, and well furnished. We hope to stay here every bi-annual girls weekend.

We had a family vacation here and everything was great. Location is awesome and dock was very nice for swimming and pulling up a boat we rented to pick up and drop off everything.

No major issues with stay or location. Plan how many vehicles you are bringing. Otherwise park nearby on the street. Great stay overall!
