Stay on the vineyard, hot tub &pool. 5 Queen suites, chef's kitchen, wrap porch

Kitchen was top drawer. Plenty of room for everyone, including a five-year old. Weather (atmospheric river) was a challenge but out of everyone's control. Appreciated the Christmas decorations the owner rolled out. Would definitely vacation there again.

Beautiful house plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. Hot tub was a huge plus! Too cold when we went to use the pool but the the owner was happy to heat it for us for an extra fee if we wanted but the hot tub was the prime area we relaxed as well as the patio with the fire pit! Everything was clean and ready to enjoy. Will definitely stay again as it is a great location near a lot of wineries and downtown Healdsburg. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our party of 10 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay with John and Abby at their lovely family vineyard. The weather was beautiful so they offered to do our tasting on our porch which made it so intimate. Their wines are wonderful and the Five Vines was delicious!We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, super comfy furniture on the porches, all of the rooms with comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice old house with king beds in each of 5 bedrooms, and each bedroom with private bath. Big kitchen. Unheated pool was cold but refreshing given the 90 degree heat. Pool area did not look like pictures and was cluttered, lacking privacy with owner’s apartment just above it. Still, overall nice enough.

Our group of 10 stayed here for 3 nights. The house was beautiful and very clean inside with a nice big kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the porch area. However, we had booked the house with the intent to enjoy the beautiful pool area/backyard. The pool had algae growing everywhere and was so cloudy that it was not swim-able. The grass was mostly weeds and hadn’t been mowed for quite some time. Trash and chemicals were scattered around the entirety of the property grounds. Overall, the outdoor area has not been maintained in quite some time.

This property was perfect for our couples getaway to wine country! It was so wonderful to have a house with 5 en suite rooms. The views from the porch were breathtaking, and we loved using the pizza oven! The owners were so helpful and attentive.

The house had plenty of bathrooms, and was a good size. It did not appear to be professionally cleaned. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling in a few spots, the carpet was stained and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The backyard was overgrown and all of the chairs were all stacked together. There was an outdoor couch but but it was too dirty to sit on. It was definately not what was shown in the listing. The house was perfect for the 8 of us, comfortable and extremely well appointed. John and Abby were great hosts. The kitchen is amazing and we put it to good use as we cooked all our dinners in. Thanks J & A for a wonderful stay!

There were 10 of us and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and there was also plenty of places for us to all be together. The wine tasting was wonderful.

Enjoyed a great stay over Christmas in a very comfortable house which was well equipped for our family meals.Very convenient for Healdsburg in the heart of beautiful wine country.

The owners were fantastic hosts, putting up with our rambunctious troop of kids playing outside from dawn to dusk alongside the vines. The home set-up is ideal for families looking for spacious common space (oversized chef’s kitchen, cozy game room, vineyard view dining room, wrap-around porch, etc.), plus ample private space (en suite bathrooms for every bedroom.

WE WOULD STAY AT THIS HOME AGAIN!!!! The house itself and outer property(vineyard) is absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and more for making evening meals and breakfasts. Our bed was comfortable and plenty of storage in our room for luggage. (we had the smallest room). Plenty of room to spread out for 10 people. Dining outside and inside options. Hot tub was clean. (did not use pool due to weather) It really is an amazing spot. Winery guests can not see the home, hot tub or pool areas. John was polite and available during our stay. Written information about our stay was clear and concise. Easy to follow check out guidelines. Only reasons I gave a couple answers 4.5 stars are due to VRBO and host giving me different answers for our security deposit return time frame and property between winery and home is a bit cluttered for my taste. Again, we would book this place again for sure. Thanks for an amazing time in Sonoma County!!

We had an amazing stay. The property and the view is amazing. The tasting at Viszlay and opportunity to sit down with the owners was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and are talking about when we could go back.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and built well for a large groups. House is as pictured. The scenery surrounding the house is even more beautiful than pictured. It is truly a stunning property. Pool and hot tub are convenient to the house. Property manager is available and on site.

We absolutely had the best time I’ve had in a long time! It was such a beautiful property the host was amazing. Even let us play with their dog in the pool. Finding out that the hosts and their winery owner is from chicago and is Hungarian like my husband just made it feel like home!!! Laughing with family and friends and celebrating at this property is highly recommended!
