Great property for a girls getaway weekend! We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the beautiful sunrises. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and lots of spaces for gathering. Beautiful property and great host. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This is an unbelievable house to stay in! I actually wish we had more time to simply be in the house. It was beautiful and lots of fun things to do! We were visiting Skaneateles for my son's wedding, and it was a perfect location to everything we needed. Susan was a fantastic host too!

The outdoor area has everything you need to gather and cook out along with three different fire pits. Everything was very clean and everything we looked for and needed was there. The master bedroom was amazingly large and the laundry room was attached along with the bathroom that was massive! The photos do not even do it justice, there is so much room for everyone to gather inside and out. The hosts were immediate to respond to every question I had and very accommodating with special requests. We will absolutely rent from them again.

A plus experience. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the open plan. It was very comfortable and private. The views were fabulous and the amenities were very enjoyable. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. We hope to visit again next year.

We were visiting Skaneateles for a family wedding and decided to extend our stay and have a mini vacation. The house fit us perfectly, 6 adults, and 2 infants under 2. While the pool entertained everyone most of the time, the proximity to town was an added bonus. We also visited the brewery which had live music and a food truck which made for a wonderful afternoon outing. Would definitely stay again!

The home was very comfortable to fit our group. It was very well organized and had everything we needed. Surprisingly the pool was open and we got to enjoy it. Very welcome surprise! Excellent time and will definitely consider coming back.

We got to spend a weekend in this beautiful house as a part of girls weekend. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a successful stay. The property overlooks the lake and added to our wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently made the short trip from the Buffalo, NY area to the town of Skaneatles, which we have been to many times. However, this was the first time renting a house in the area as we wanted to bring our two dogs. We could not have been more pleased with this home and its location. Only about a two-three minute drive from the town of Skaneatles, it provided us with a home away from hone setting while still being able to conveniently go into town for dinner, drinks and shopping. The house had everything you could ask for. Spacious open concept floor plan with a great kitchen for cooking. There was a game room equipped with a pool table, large sofa seating area with a projection screen TV. Outside area has a great hot tub as well as pool and fire pit for seasonal usage. (Yes, we will try to return this summer to utilize). All together, I highly recommend this location for a couples getaway, or even a small party. You can't go wrong.

Such a lovely place. The view out the kitchen windows is beautiful and peaceful. Great location, excellent communication with the owner, comfortable home with so many spots to sit and relax. Book it, you won't be disappointed. A little tricky to find the driveway, but owner is available to help if you need it.

We came for a hockey tournament and wanted to bring our dog. House was great - beautiful view of the lake. Easy drive into town. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, they really enjoyed the hot tub! My favorite part was the master bathroom, what a great shower and the heated toilet seats were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. Great host - very communicative!

The property was in a great location - if it were only warmer and/or our dogs weren't with us we would have ventured down to the lake (short walk). Despite the extreme cold, the home kept us very warm, and the hot tub and fireplace were a nice bonus. We did have some issues with operating the TV and jacuzzi, but Susan and her husband were available and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with 2 other couples for a weekend. The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. It was very modern, so we did have a hard time figuring out the induction burners and microwave at first, but once we did, it was easy. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition to have! It’s also outside of the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful view, but close enough that it only took a few minutes to get to local restaurants. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to get away in a relaxing environment.

We stayed here for a girl’s weekend (we’re a puzzles and movies kind of group) and had plenty of space to socialize. Anything you interact with- modern showers, kitchen drawers, etc., has clear labels and the owner was quick to respond to a question about how to use something. The hot tub in winter was a must for us, and we’re considering visiting again in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Stayed a weekend with 2 other couples to celebrate a birthday. The home is cozy, bright and very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed all the house amenities and were very comfortable. The home is lovely and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Susan!

We wanted a place where our family could stay for a few days and just enjoy being together. There was enough to do in the house that even being a bit snowed in was no problem. Beautiful place for a weekend away.

Wonderful host! The home was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living. We were so happy that all soaps, and paper products were supplied. The home was within walking distance of village and winery. Five childhood friends annoyed a wonderful three days together!

Beautiful area, the pool and spa were great, hot tub also. Steps were high so a little difficult for me but prevail we did. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Susan.

The house location is spectacular. The heated pool was wonderful. As a note there are no railings to get in and out of the pool. The backyard has a beautiful view of Skaneateles Lake. The town of Skaneateles has great food, public access to swimming area, parks, and boutiques. The beds were comfortable and clean. Susan, the host, was responsive to all questions. House rules are easy and relaxed. Check in and out was easy. We will be back!

We rented this VRBO house for a 3-day family getaway and had a fantastic experience. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a perfect way to relax. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for meal preparation. The family enjoyed the privacy of their bedrooms, which made the stay even more comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

This place was absolutely fabulous as far as amenities on the property. There was literally something for everyone in our family to utilize and enjoy. The dog had plenty of space to play and run. The communication with Susan was wonderful as she responded instantly to any questions we had. Our 3 year old grandaughter is still saying 4 days after we arrived home, I want to go back to the vacation house. Enjoyed our vacation and would definately stay again.
