Guests enjoy the added benefit of access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex located nearby. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025.

    Good location to walk to Main Street, and lifts easily. Place itself needs a refresh and update…badly. Furniture cabinets counters are really worn, a cabinet door came off. The blinds were not all working. Spend a few bucks.

    Overall everything was fine, home could use some updates to furniture. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions kept sliding forward. The upstairs was very warm even with the winds open and the downstairs was like an ice box. Had to check in at another location to get the keys. The front door still required an actual key instead of having a code so we had to make sure we always had a key on us. Great proximity to downtown, very walkable.

    Great location and has plenty of room. We had our family of 4 stay at the location. Our teenagers each grabbed room on the ground level, each had their own TV and bathroom, a treat for them. Easy walking distance to Quicksilver lift with plenty of locker space to put a few pair of shoes in located at the base. If you are looking for great value, space within the Condo, Hot Tub, plenty of room to cook and play board games, and a parking spot within the garage, as well as walking distance to main street at the ski lift, then this is your spot.

    Great location and loved the private hot tub and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walking to the lift and into town was the best part about the location. Would stay again.

    Perfect for 3 couples, each have their own attached bathrooms. The location is great for skiers, 6-minute walk to Quick Silver lift or across the street is the free shuttle stop and a quick 5-minute ride to the Beaver Run lift. Main street was less than a ten-minute walk. Truely did not need our car once we got there. The Condo was clean and in great shape. The management company is not very responsive, we requested more wash clothes, we didn't have enough for 6 people and dish towels, since we only had one. They never brough the towels. The only complaint I got (I was the planner) was the heating, had hot and cold spots. The lower-level bedrooms were hot, and the master suite was cold. Besides that, it was great and would stay there again.

    Property is in a great location that is an easy walk to downtown. There are a couple of minor maintenance items (kitchen faucet won’t switch out of spray mode due to a broken switch button, one of the downstairs shower controls are loose and need replaced) but overall it was a great place to stay.

    We have stayed in various locations in Breckenridge/Vail/Beaver Creek/Snowmass over the last 10 years. I have never in history had such a horrible experience as this past week. The unit had a massive hole in the master bedroom wall that was “covered” with plastic. There was no place in the listing that stated the hole was under construction. Temps dipped to 0-15 degrees all week. The room was miserably cold. There were space heaters that we used and it was still miserable. If we would have known the unit was under construction , we would not have rented. We didn’t want to complain so we stayed 6 nights. Upon checkout, we addressed the issue with the desk clerk -who refused to give his name and stated he was the managers. He immediately became defensive and down right argumentative, blaming the customer saying we should’ve asked for more space heaters. NO- you should’ve been honest in the listing and let me know that the house was under construction. He asked us to leave and said we insulted him!!! Unbelievable- I cannot believe this company is being run this way. We left, he then called me 10 minutes later and said we had pets in the unit and he knows for a fact that we had a pet in the unit last year and we would never be allowed to rent there again. My son lives in Denver and came by to visit a couple of days and had his pup when he stopped by. We cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom before we left both times. The arrogance from these people is almost shocking. DO NOT EVER rent from this arrogant, inconsiderate, very poorly run, dishonest company.
