Stay Awhile in Habersham

This is fantastic property in Habersham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a friends wedding. Honestly, nothing bad to say about the community or property. The communication with the Property Manager was very frustrating. After leaving the property we received a text message regarding a stain on a coverlet. This was in the room our children stayed in. I indicated that we didn’t notice a stain whileMaintaining the laundry during our stay. She immediately said “well I guess we’re making it up”. I attempted to call and text but she has gone silent. We have offered to pay for a new coverlet but she refuses to communicate. Overall great property but the PM is extremely unprofessional.

Penny was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was perfect and we could walk to the restaurant and enjoy the Friday Farmers Market.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Communication with the agent was excellent and would not hesitate to stay here again. (Note that there are a lot of stairs - but it was good for us!)

Overall this was an incredible vacation - we were looking to relax and explore and accomplished both. Penny - the property manager made sure everything was perfect upon check-in which was so appreciated. She left us this delicious sweet tea. Our favorite part of the unit was these two oversized porches unique to this rental. We spent most of our time out there with coffees over looking market street. We dined at Miramare, Tom Foolery, Heirloom Pizza and Corks on the Vine. I would recommend them all. We didn't get to the other two but heard they were awesome too. We also went downtown to Old Bull, Plums and Hearth Pizza. Highly recommend the golf cart tour downtown too. We rode the bikes around the community. The river retreat in the community was where we caught a few sunsets - even took a charcuterie board one night that Corks on the Vine made for us. Lastly - we used the beach chairs to do day trips to Hilton Head Beach and Hunting Island. Penny has lots of recommendations that really helped us plan our visit. I almost forgot - our day trip to Savannah. The location was really perfect. We were able to be as busy as we chose to be.

Our stay in Habersham was wonderful and relaxing. It was the perfect location for day trips to Savannah, Charleston, Bluffton and downtown Beaufort. The community itself had enough amenities to keep you as busy as you would like to be. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at the local restaurants (all walkable within less than five minutes-our favorite was Miramare!), lounging by the beautiful pool (just a quick bike ride away), coffee from Mary Lou's right across the street and daily sunsets at the River Retreat! I also thoroughly enjoyed my massage at Graceful Touch Spa, which was also right up the street! Our two most favorite things about this property were the 3 beautiful porches (2 overlooking market street- which was great because we caught a big event over the weekend with food trucks and vendors) and biking on the provided bikes through the nature filled community. Penelope was a great host, always responsive and even left us the most delicious homemade Sweet Tea upon our arrival!

All great - property was very clean and easy - all in a great locale.

Our stay in Habersham was great. We spent most of our time on the 2 porches that overlook the Market Street activities. The condo itself was beautiful & very clean. You could tell it had been renovated with new kitchen & bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Habersham itself is a great community with great restaurants & beautiful southern homes. Our host Penny made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. We will be back.
