Stayed May 9, 2025Did not stay in unit except to sleep. Ate all meals out. Purpose of visit was Royals baseball game and Nascar races. Found two awesome BBQ joints. Q39 and Joe’s.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025Interacting w property manager was rough to begin with - no check in information til hour before we got there, his VM was full so luckily he texted, tvs didn’t work so he had to come over to correct, overall the quality of the place was not great.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025We really enjoyed the property. Jim was very kind and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. He lives Nextdoor so if we needed anything he said he could be right over to help. Property was clean and beds were comfy. Would gladly stay again!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024The driveway is on a slight hill. Im glad the townhouse wasnt located on a steep hill. The house was clean. The owner was hospitable. U have to wait for the owner to communicate. Anyway, I felt comfortable.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Jim met us as we arrived. Made sure we knew everything we needed to know. He had decorated the home nicely. Even had real plants! It met our needs. I'd stay again if i needed to be in the area! I let Jim know about what i thought needed cleaned and I have now doubt he took care of it.
