Star's Place near 3 Nat'l Parks - Family and Pet friendly

We had an incredible stay at Star’s place. The house was clean and comfortable to come back to after long days hiking. It was also fully stocked with everything you need. We were able to visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and do some off roading in Kanab area. The Rocking V restaurant was our go to for dinner. Beautiful area.

We had such a wonderful time in this perfectly set up home. Great jumping off point for incredible hiking and a perfect place to gather at the end of the day.

I made a 2 day drive 1,800 miles from E Texas to spend the 4th with my Son, daughter in law and 2 grandsons who came up from Phoenix. The owner was a joy to work with and everything was awesome. We have stayed at vrbo’s before across the SW and had some issues but not this place. She was the nicest and most welcoming person we could ever imagine. The home was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We brought our sxs with us and had plenty of places to ride. Also brought 2 little Yamaha 50 cc dirt bikes and gave them to our grandsons for their birthday.

We were in town to hike Zion & Bryce Canyon and this was a great location. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the front porch & meeting the neighbors! Nice quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and kept the house well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Even bagels & cream cheese! Would definitively recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Star went above and beyond to make sure her house is equipped and labeled for everything. The fruit bowl with bagels and cream cheese was such a nice treat as was the stocked pantry and many toiletries including sunscreen. The laundry room also had everything that you could need. I would highly recommend Star’s home for your stay in the Kanab area. It was just like being in your own home.

The house is absolutely spotless and so well stocked with all the supplies! Loved checking in and realizing they had even provided breakfast in the fridge for us! So thoughtful and appreciated!

This house is absolutely amazing. We had been on the road from the Grand Canyon with a stop at Horseshoe Bend so we were all very tired & ready to chill for a while. We came into the house & fell in love with everything & felt right at home. The owner goes above & beyond to make this the perfect place to stay. Everything you can imagine is provided. Nice neighborhood & beautiful scenery from the yard. We’re a long way from home (Georgia) but if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay here. The owner of this house should be the standard that all others measure themselves by.

If planning on staying in this area, you absolutely must choose this location! The house is everything shown plus a whole lot more! Star goes out of her way to go above and beyond. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to and from Hwy 89. The home seems to have anything you could think of you may need, toiletries, pantry stock, spices, etc! Star is only a text away for any questions you may have. You can’t go wrong, this home was more than we ever dreamed! I just can’t say enough about how great this place is!

Star’s house was the best equipped vacation rental ever. Plenty of bath and hand towels and wash cloths! That’s so rare. Also how thoughtful to have some breakfast items in the fridge and fresh fruit on the counter. She has a few simple toys and some children’s books. The grandkids appreciated that. The beds we’re comfortable and everything was clean. The front yard is fenced so the toddler could play outside. We had a great stay.

This was amazing place to stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. Kanab is a super little town with so much to do. We went to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, mount Zion, Pink Coral Sand Dunes and Moqui Cave, not to mention all of the hiking trails everywhere. just an awesome stay!!

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. It was a wonderful home base for several visits to Zion National Park, a drive to Grand Canyon North Rim and areas around Kanab. Star was wonderful hostess.

It's clear Star has thoughtfully organized this home to have any optional items you may need in a way that's easy to find. The home is near town with a short drive for groceries or gas but in a quiet neighborhood. This wasn't an issue for us but may be for some - there is an outdoor table but no indoor table.
