Fully surrounded by nature’s beauty, unwind on the outdoor sofa with a good book while soaking in the sights and sounds, or enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table, freshly prepared on the gas grill. Spring-fed Flat Creek meanders through the property, a serene spot for an exploratory stroll, while scenic hiking trails invite you to strap on your boots and set off on an adventure amid the vast rugged terrain. Away from the property, you’ll be just minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park along with popular wedding venues should you find yourself in town to celebrate. You’ll also be virtually surrounded by renowned wineries, breweries, and distilleries, all offering samples of the region’s finest.



The home’s interior is fit for a crowd, with enough space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner while communal spaces bring you back together to connect and unwind. On the main level, soaring vaulted ceilings enhance its openness along with the abundance of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling picture windows.
