Stayed Oct 24, 2025This stadium stay was just perfect! We enjoyed it so much! We were able to leave our car there and walk to Lucas Oil and even enjoyed the deli acrossthe street upon leaving. The bed was so comfortable, everything was so nice and clean and was a perfect place to stay. We will be back.

Stayed May 30, 2025Great location, super close to downtown and great for walking. Parking was great, loved being right by Lucas Oil and the Pacers facility.Super cute space, had all we needed. TV was great for relaxing after walking downtown and playing some video games.Overall had a great stay, would 100% recommend it.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Great stay that was as described. Newly renovated and convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at our checkin time. The manager dealt with it quickly and apologized. House needs a deeper cleaning but was good enough for a quick trip. Internet was spotty. No windows to the outside world. But it was relatively cheap and easy access to a quick meal at Shapiros. Easy in/out to interstate.

Stayed Sep 11, 2024Loved this property! Definitely would stay here again. Nicely decorated & very clean. Enjoyed having a kitchenette, comfortable bed & great Smart TV. The free parking was a nice bonus. It’s within walking distance to Lucas Oil & Gainbridge Fieldhouse, restaurants & shopping. Reasonably priced too.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We had a great experience at this location. The rental provided all we needed for our extended weekend and the host responded quickly with any questions. I believe we were the first to use the site and the host was very transparent with remolding process in the days approaching our stay. Thank you for a great experience.
