Stayed Dec 19, 2025The rental was clean and had all kitchen accessories. The owner communicated quickly to my questions. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025506 N Milan was a very nice property. Modern with contemporary furnishings and decor. Safe location. A busy street but very quiet. 5 blocks from North end of Main. Not the easiest walk without full sidewalks but doable. Uber came quickly when needed. Great off street parking. Well-appointed Modern kitchen. Could use one great non stick pan, a sharp knife and more paper towels. Comfortable living area. Nice sized TVs in LR and bedroom. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Very clean. Great stay. Would visit again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The location is so close to everything in Fredericksburg. The hostess went out of her way to help us however she could. The place is very modern and hip! The kitchen is well equipped. A Great experience.
