Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
1. Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans.
2. Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
3. Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
4. Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
5. Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
6. Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
7. Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

    Good location - internet not reliable so this was difficult with the special-needs adult that uses the internet- we also had one adult that was trying to work and was not able to rely on the Internet so this was frustrating

    This house was awesome for our group of 7, and would have slept more than that no problem! Loved the location, large kitchen and bikes included. Was really convenient for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Love the close proximity to beach, pool and downtown festivities! This is our fifth time to this beach and probably the best overall house we have had so far when it comes to size and location. Thanks for a great week!

    We have been staying in this neighborhood for 14 years and this was our best house yet! Very roomy for the 8 of us! Close to pool and beach! Loved it and already booked it for next year!

    The house was very spacious and has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has an attached bathroom (nice for privacy). The neighborhood is in an excellent location and walkable to anything you need. The property manager, Sandra, was fabulous and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. We would definitely stay here again. **My ONLY complaint is the about the beach area. The beachfront during Spring Break for this community is very, VERY limited for the amount of homes/people in the neighborhood. If you don’t rent beach chairs from the beach rental company set up there, you have nowhere to sit. They tell you “behind their chairs”, but we sat down in 2 different places and were asked to move so the security/safety patrol could drive through. It is THAT crowded (and miserable). Make arrangements to go to a different beach area during Spring Break and you will be ok. Otherwise, you will not even be able to SEE the ocean.

    I have rented many places in this beachside community and this was definitely the best. Wonderful kitchen, made cooking fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend the home to anybody.

    This was our 6th year at Seacrest and by far, this was our favorite property to date. The open-air design and proximity to the pool, shops/restaurants, and beach was perfect. The convenience of having bikes on the property at no charge was an added bonus. Sandra was a perfect host and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you to the team at 30A Sea Story, we can't wait to book our next trip.

    House was beautiful and had plenty of room for 8 of us with bathrooms in all bedrooms. House was located in a great location close to beach and pool. With that being said….the one downfall was the crowd at the pool ALL of the time and NO chairs ever. The beach was extremely crowded with five rows of rentals

    We absolutely loved our stay! The house was large, clean and had a kitchen that was stocked with every utensil, device, Tupperware, etc that you could ask for! There was more than enough room for our group of 8 and you could not beat how easy it was to walk to everything including food, entertainment, the beach and pool! It was hard to leave!!!

    Overall, the property was just as advertised. The location was perfect and the property management company was extremely responsive to any issues we had. It was central to many incredible restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. And it was about a five minute walk to the beach, which was very manageable. We all had a great time.
