OVERVIEW
Ski-town retreat just minutes from Snowmass Mountain and Base Village. High Country Haus is a modern 2BR/2BA townhouse with easy access to the free Snowmass shuttle, miles of trails, and a year-round hot tub—a perfect base for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. The 1,108 sq ft home features vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Ideal for couples, small groups, or remote workers seeking a quiet mountain escape in the Aspen Snowmass area.

THE SPACE
Located in one of Snowmass Village’s classic 1960s ski condo complexes, High Country Haus has been refreshed into a mountain-modern retreat with trails, slopes, and year-round adventure right outside your door. Guests also have access to the community hot tub (available year-round) and pool (open in summer) — perfect for après-ski or unwinding after a hike.

The main level features a flexible bedroom/home office with a full-size pull-out futon, desk, washer/dryer, and ample closet space. You’ll also find a full bathroom with a shower/tub, a gourmet kitchen with a dining counter, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, and a patio with a gas grill.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet and full bathroom, plus an additional dedicated office space for remote work.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 3 registered guests. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests when booking.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, office area, and the private patio with a gas grill. You’ll also have access to a dedicated covered parking spot in the carport. An upstairs ladder leads to a small third-floor loft used for storage. This area will remain locked during your stay.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy meals al fresco on the private back patio with a built-in gas grill. There is also a community pool (summer only) and a hot tub (year-round) in the complex.

SECURITY
For safety, night motion light, and monitoring of packages and wildlife, a Nest security camera is mounted above the front door (top left). It covers the porch and driveway only. In addition, the complex has a security camera located near the dumpster. There are no interior or pool/hot tub-area surveillance devices.

    This property was clean, very nicely appointed, and had the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the property had a cozy, inviting feel. The one drawback to us was the road noise, as the unit sat close to the main road. It was loudest during the day, but quieted down at night.

    Amazing stay! We loved the atmosphere and the location, perfect for enjoying Aspen. The home felt cozy yet high quality, with everything well thought out. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day. Truly a cozy mountain home and we would absolutely stay here again.

    Unit needs a dining table and is very close to Brush Creek Road making it very noisy especially in the summer when windows must be kept open for cooling. Otherwise all right.
