Spring Promo! Sea Summit: Luxury Living w/ Ocean View & Jacuzzi!

We stayed for 3 months at this Sea Summit rental during renovations to our San Clemente home. The rental was clean, bright -- happy appearing, spacious, convenient to shopping and freeway, well maintained, and well equipped. Across the street from the rental is the entrance to a most pleasurable and scenic walking trail. If any problem or question would arise, I would text the manager Lisa who would consistently respond within seconds (literally). Only real problem -- and this is not fixable -- is the garage is not realistically large enough for 2 full sized vehicles. All in all, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this superb coastal rental.

My family and I stayed at Sea Summit, San Clemente, California August 2022 and booked with no prior reviews listed on VRBO. We felt a little blind in our booking and knew it could be hit or miss. It was a lot of hits with a few misses. Lisa, the property manager, is amazing and super organized. She is responsive and helpful. Her responsiveness made things easy and comfortable. The property is located in a community of homes that are close together, well kept and about 1/2 mile from the ocean. Very beachy. The property is kitty corner to San Clemente Outlets Mall which is super convenient with frequent trolly rides to the pier and various other parts of San Clemente. We did not expect to be so close to the road or other homes but got adjusted to our location and learned to appreciate the closeness to the highway, mall and walking paths. The property is located within a unique walking path that is in a bluff. Gorgeous! The beach is 1/2 mile away and because of a rail road it is a mile from where you can cross over. There are numerous cross over points and it is great having the ocean close by. We have young kids - 5, 7, 9, 9 - so walking to the beach was a bit of a hike for them but I did it regularly and happily. We took the trolly and drove to the beach nearly daily. The property also provides beach supplies like chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Very convenient. The property has an amazing hot tub that is huge and the outdoor space is perfect for hanging out, grilling, chillaxing, playing for the kids, etc. There is not a pool or workout space on the property because it is under construction. Lisa was able to accommodate this change with a refund and adjustment that was agreeable. The inside of the property is very modern and clean which is key to any great vacation. All the bedrooms are spacious with their own en-suites and the main floor bedroom is like an additional master with large bathroom and bed. Lovely! The laundry space is great and the washer and dryer are new making laundry time efficient. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with supplies. Dishwasher was finicky but Lisa had it fixed! The water pressure and temperature of the water was a constant battle. Barely any pressure and the water is only hot for 10 minutes so you have to plan showers and dishes accordingly. Overall amazing vacation spot, long convenient beach days, best croissants (Chaupain Bakery) nearby, and easy to buzz around SoCo.
