Spring Haven Home: Gorgeous, Dog Friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house in a great location just outside of Breckenridge. Beautiful timber beam construction with 3 levels. Very clean/well maintained. Master bath shower water pressure very low and hard to control water temperature. TV required a subscription to Peacock in order to watch live broadcasts which was very frustrating as could not watch Super Bowl nor Olympics.

The place was very nice! 3 small things for the hosts information. The water pressure in the showers was very low. The pots and silverware and utensils were all dirty and needed to be washed before use. And the dog bed that is left looks like it may have been soiled by a dog and could used to be washed! Small things, but the house was very nice and we would love to come back!

House was inviting, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would return!

Great & cozy place to stay.

The home is a beautiful home in a great location. Unfortunately, it seems the property is lacking a bit of TLC from either the owner or management company. In addition to the laundry machine being broken for our stay (they claim they did not know in advance and unfortunately there was no indication, so I poured liquid laundry detergent on an entire load of laundry and had to spend hours hand washing the detergent out in a small sink and shower. Although the gentleman from the management company told us the first night or stay someone would be by the next day to fix it, nobody came during our stay to fix it), there was a smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling in one room (not sure if it was operational), the TV has green lines all through it, and a closet door was off it’s hinges and hard to operate. All in all, with a little better attention and care to the condition of the property this is a lovely place. Great for adults and older children, not recommended for family with babies or toddlers as the wider staircase was impossible to block off, even with a toddler gate, the dishwasher is an older unit, and the lock and dials are all accessible from the front and operable to a toddler, and the cabinets are handle free, so there is no way to tie them clothes to keep a little one out, although there was a pack and play provided as well as gates that worked on the slim staircase, which was appreciated.

House was beautiful and in a good location. Floor heating was a plus. We struggled with hot water issues throughout the duration, but the management company worked with us to try to remediate the issue.

This place was lovely, clean and spacious for multiple families. Easy to get into Breckenridge and secluded enough to feel quite and enjoy the mountains.

This was a great stay, will do it again.

Beautiful home! We loved everything about it. We will rent again in the future. Highly recommend this cozy Colorado home.

Nice home but had some issues. The shower on the main level did not work properly. Either the water was cold or hot. The house/linens smelled dusty and had quite a few light bulbs burnt out.

We had a great trip! The house was very clean and well equipped. We had an issue and called to get it fixed and someone was there within the hour. This is our second time at the house and know we'll book again at this location.

A great place to stay as a family of 4 with a dog. The layout provides plenty of space to spread out after a long day exploring the local trails and eateries. One evening we had 2 moose walk through the front yard and the following evening we saw a momma bear and her cub. Close to town and you can access the Blue River trail from the neighborhood. Access to the garage to store bikes was a bonus.

Located 5-6 miles from Breckenridge in a wooded community. Easy commute and nice to get away from crowds in Breckenridge. Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook.

Nice Condo. Good for dogs.
