Very beautiful place to relax and leave stress behind

We had a wonderful, peaceful, long-weekend getaway. With vast outdoor space and fully equipped indoor and outdoor cooking appliances, we enjoyed relaxing as a family. We spotted deer on the property and had great view of the stars with only the light pollution of the warm campfire to impede our view. We highly recommend this property for a retreat from the city while still being close enough to find good restaurants and entertainment.

Very peaceful, clean, accommodating and nice.

Amazing property and house! We had deer in the morning and evening. Great to swing on the porch with morning coffee, play cornhole before the game, and come back to the hot tub or fire after. Little slice of heaven away from the traffic of College Station!

Cute, clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We didn’t stay the night as we were able make it back home without spending the night.

Perfectly furnished getaway with the perfect porch to grill and relax on and enjoy a great view. Attention to detail in this rental is superb. Was there for a week for a work function but will come back for a RnR visit or for any UT AM match. One of the better rentals I have ever had!

House was wonderful. We were in the area for a sports event and it was perfect and spacious and had some deer running around on the property so was VERY peaceful!! Very comfortable and accommodating and decorated so well with plenty of utensils, cooking gear and beyond enough towels!! The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the stay. The beds were top notch. Who ever stated in a previous review that the beds were not comfortable must have bumped their heads. Really large TV that swivels to watch the Super Regionals and the grill was great as well. Can tell a lot of thought went into the build, setup and very much so on decorating. Already rebooked actually!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

This house is absolutely fabulous! And the property is gorgeous. Watching the deer before bed and while drinking our morning coffee was so relaxing. Not much exceeds my expectations, but this little piece of paradise did.

We stayed at Maggie’s place while attending a wedding at the nearby Inn at Quarry Ridge. The proximity to the venue was fantastic. We didn’t spend much time at the home (between rehearsal and wedding) but it was comfortable, if a bit small. We would have appreciated a bit more communication from the host, as we couldn’t get in touch with her until the night before we were scheduled to fly in. Otherwise, it was a fine place to stay for a short weekend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was so relaxing!! We will be back for sure.

Awesome place not to far from Houston. The hosts were very communicative. Check in was a breeze. The property is well cared for and has walking trails through the woods. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the stars.

Great property that has a modern but still country feel with gracious hosts. The nature trails were awesome and there was plenty of land for the kiddos to run around. Comfy beds and plenty of sleeping options to accommodate the entire family. Will be coming back!

I only have two negative things to say about this place: the location is very difficult to find (especially after dark) and the beds were uncomfortable for us.

The house and land were great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the deer. The grill was very nice and everything that we needed was there. It is approx 20 min from A&M campus but it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this beautiful, modern property. It was so peaceful and nice to see the deer as well. We walked through the trails and fed the fish along the way. We would definitely stay here again!

We decided to get out of dallas and picked this gem of a home out in the country. Home was beautifully decorated, clean, stocked and just what we needed. Glass of wine on the porch swing was just what the Dr ordered ?. We will be back!!
