Beautiful home in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, putt putt, ice cream, movies. Or stay put because the house has it all: huge pool with spa, pool toys, beach toys, board games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. Rob and Kat were perfect hosts.

Very comfortable

Without any hesitation, all six of us who visited in January highly recommend that anyone considering staying here should just book it! The house itself was beyond what we expected, spacious, comfortable and homey. It was extremely well equipped and has a lovely oversized pool and hot tub. A few extra touches to welcome us at check-in, and even during our stay, made us feel very welcome. Kat and Rob are wonderful hosts, responsive to all texts and quick to offer suggestions and recommendations that were all spot-on! Great location, walking distance to the beach, sunsets and restaurants. We just can not say enough good things about our stay and hope to return another time.

Getaway with family was great! Plenty of fresh towels. Fantastic heated pool and spa that we all enjoyed. Lots of space. And fully stocked. Great host. Any questions or concerns Kat was a text away and quick to answer.

We had a wonderful week at Marco Island, this beautiful house and the most amazing house were definitely a large part of it. Kat's house feels like home from the moment you walk in. It is clean, beautiful and much better equipped then any other house we have rented on vrbo. You have everything you need - including beach items (umbrella, chairs, towels, toys, you name it). Pool was our children's favorite part of the house and we probably spent more time there than at the beach. Kat is the most amazing host - I just can't say enought good things. Communication was wonderful, and she and her husband were super helpful and attentive. There was a small isue with the fridge one day - they brough a new fridge to the house withing a day. We needed a dentist for my son during our stay - as soon as I mentioned it - I had dentist recommendations sent. I just can;t say enough good things about our host and the house. We will definitely go back and highly recommend. Thank you Kat and Robert for your hospitality and a wonderful week away from home.
