Fromthe moment you step through the front doors, the home feels bright, open, and inviting. Large frameless sliding glass doors draw your attention straight to the sparkling heated pool and peaceful waterfront setting beyond, while elegant tile floors, modern finishes, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces create a comfortable yet elevated atmosphere throughout the home.



The spacious open-concept main living area was made for entertaining and spending quality time together. The great room features two oversized leather sofas, a recliner, and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with Dish Network, while the adjacent dining area offers seating for up to 10 guests. Just beyond, the beautifully equipped kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, abundant granite countertops, a glass tile backsplash, wine fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and a large island with barstool seating for four — perfect for casual breakfasts before heading out to enjoy the sunshine.



A separate den offers an additional living space with comfortable seating and another Smart TV, giving everyone room to spread out and relax after a day exploring Southwest Florida.



All three bedrooms are designed as private guest suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom and wall-mounted Smart TV with Dish Network.



The spacious primary guest suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, direct lanai access, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-through shower featuring rainfall and body spray shower heads.



The second guest suite also features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the third guest suite offers two twin beds, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom also serves as a convenient pool bath with direct exterior access from the lanai.



Outside is where this home truly shines. The expansive screened lanai offers multiple spaces to lounge, dine, and soak in the Florida lifestyle. Relax beneath the covered outdoor living area, enjoy meals outside at the dining table, fire up the self-service propane grill, or spend your days floating in the large heated pool surrounded by an oversized sundeck with loungers for tanning. Pool heaters do not run May through October. Weather conditions may affect actual pool temperatures and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.

The owners have a Ring doorbell.

Guests may be asked to present a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation information within 24 hours of check-in.

The City of Cape Coral strictly enforces noise ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

    We have been coming to southwest Florida for six years. This house has it all! The beds and linens are high quality. Kitchen is appropriately stocked. Living room area is very comfortable and inviting. The quiet side room was a great place for reading. The pool and outside surroundings created a quiet haven for relaxation. We are planning to return again. Grocery stores, church and other amenities are close by. We plan to return next year. Thank you!

    Great property! Everything was as it was listed and the overall property was beautiful. The management company failed on a few things which made it really desirable to be able to hear directly from the owners, but we never got that chance. First issue was we arrived after midnight and found the code provided didn't work on the door. At that hour nobody answered at the numbers provided and text/email was our only option. My husband walked around the property to find a back door was unlocked so thankfully we were able to get in (a little unnerving that the door was unlocked though). Second issue was the hot water was set so when 3 people showered at the same time the shower got cold. Reached out to the mgmt. company and they had to send someone out to make it warmer. Third issue was the wi-fi log-in. The information provided in the welcome email wasn't accurate and after a couple exchanges with the management company this never was resolved. One minor recommendation would be to provide more than 2 garbage bags. When you have 5 people in a house and you are making your meals, it's very easy to fill those. We resorted to using grocery bags which just makes it worse for the home owners garbage cans because things aren’t disposed of properly. Even thought we had these issues, I would still recommend the property!

    The house is very nice as is the pool. The kitchen well equipped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. There is construction going on all around on all sides of the property. We were woken up most mornings by 7:30 with the construction noise. There isn’t much that can be done about that but it does take away from any privacy or peaceful setting that we had hoped and paid for. We expected pool maintenance as that was communicated in the check in email but we were surprised 3 additional times by crews coming in to do work to the pool area. We did ask the work crews to come back at another time that we weren’t outside trying to enjoy the pool and they told us “the owner said it was fine and we can do our work now”. They did actually go away and I emailed SWFlorida management co and asked them to please kindly inform us when workers would be coming and we would be happy to let them know when we won’t be here and they never responded to my email.

    We have rented many vacation rentals, and this place was the best. Hands down! This home is gorgeous. Custom built and detailed beautifully. I’m in real estate and thought very highly of this property. Cape Coral is quiet and private, but within a short distance to many great areas, just like we like! We spent a couple days just lounging by the pool, which by the way is LOVELY. We rented a boat in Punta Gorda one day also, which was great. We will absolutely consider coming back here, and would recommend this place to anyone! For the price, it doesn’t get better than this!
