Sprawling Modern Home with Chef's Kitchen, Pool & Hot Tubs - walk to the beach!

Great layout for a group. The pool and backyard area with two hot tubs is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the big hangout area and beautiful kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Will return!

Another annual family gathering to offer our gratitude for such a perfect location, excellent amenities, and five star service.. Prinrose is unmatched with its facilities and location. Lakefront would be preferred but there is NOTHING of this size and caliber to compare. With 5 married children and 9 grandchildren, including 2-year-old twins, plus 4 family dogs , there is everything we need for dishes (with 3 dishwashers), a beverage area with large counter space, a large refrigerator and various appliances for fresh ground or K-cup coffee or drinks! The walk to the lake is quiet and very convenient and the beach is basically nearby neighbor families. Jorge responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns and the updated beds and mattresses (with new mini splits in the bedrooms!!) plus the newly partitioned rooms for office (with printer) and storage are excellent. Cleanliness is 5 star as well. We couldn’t be happier and grateful for the perfect setting with our family! Thank you for everything!!!

We loved the kitchen and the comfortable seating for meals. The pool and hot tubs kept the younger set occupied and happy, as did the grassy backyard. It was great to have control of the temperature in each room

Best Hosts Ever! We have stayed in the past and Jorge and Meg are spot on to solve any issues. We just created some family memories again and did not have to call them because everything was perfect. This house is amazing, and they provide you with all you need to have a wonderful family vacation. We will be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious and inviting house. With 22 people across multiple generations, we never felt cramped. The large kitchen was an ideal spot for preparing and sharing meals, while the outdoor features—the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and seating areas—were enjoyed by all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were abundant, clean and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect setting for our October getaway, and we highly recommend both the property and the location for groups of any size. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

We had to change our fall break plans at the last minute due to the hurricane. Primrose was a perfect fit for our family and close to the lake! We would come back here for sure if we head north again! Thank you also to the host for being accommodating and helpful!

Great place with friendly staff.

Our family of four generations and 22 members gathered at Primrose. The house was spectacular, very clean and well-appointed. The spacious kitchen and pantry areas made meal preparation and serving a breeze. Since there were many children in our group, we especially enjoyed the outside areas. The pool and hot tubs were in almost constant use and the fenced yard was spacious enough for volleyball and badminton. Our nightly campfires provided cozy family time. We also enjoyed time at the beach since it was an easy walk from the house. It was our fourth stay at a Dwell Vacations property and we look forward to many more.

This is our third stay at the Primrose location and once again we had a fabulous time. This has been a great house for our family of 19 (10 adults and 9 children). Jorge has always been very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Our stay this year was further enhanced by improved air conditioning in the upper bedrooms. This was especially appreciated due to the warm weather that we had during our week. The house has everything that we need for our large family and hopefully we can arrange another wonderful stay at Primrose in the future..
