Sprawling home near the beach with a hot tub, game room, balcony, & views

The house was very comfortable for our family of 10. Very spacious and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room and things to do to accommodate everyone. Close to shopping and activities. Requested service for a minor issue with dryer and it was fixed shortly thereafter and even received extra towels to accommodate. Hot tub and grill were perfect for our stay

The place is really very nice and convenient to the beach.There are good activities with pool table and pingpong. However there were issues:1. The gas in the gas grill ran out after 2 uses.2. No beach towels were in the unit (that should have been mentioned in the ad). Thus we had to purchase 7 beach towels which we could have easily brought with us had we known.3. Supplies in the house were very sparse. (dishwashing detergent for one load, not enough paper towels, 4 The dryer did not work which was a major issue with the number of people we had. We had to use damp clothing because of the nonfunctioning dryer. Because of all these issues it would be hard to recommend this unit unless all these were corrected

Great house with quick service from property manager when needed.

Overall, we had an okay stay. Likely not to rent again or use Vacasa again as they were not unresponsive to any of the calls made during our stay. The pictures are a bit old as there is a huge house sitting right in front of the home which blocks the water view. Also, all outdoor furniture was completely rusted or cushions filthy. Pictures show newer furniture with no rust. The table was so bad the top layer of metal was peeling off. The painting is chipping off the porch floor. When we enter the house it is much better however, we could tell it had not be wiped down in weeks. There were dead bugs on the floor, the toilets had water lines in the toilets, there were food particles in between the wood planks of the kitchen table, even a residue on the counter tops. The WiFi did not work for us the entire weekend. I called multiple times to share the cleanliness and lack of WiFi working. Spoke with 2 different people who said our concerns would be addressed and nothing. Not even a follow up phone call. Pros: the beds are comfy, water pressure was nice, and pretty spacious and accommodating for the number of guest we had. Also, it’s very close to the beach- beach was amazing. Provided some beach chairs which was nice as well. Overall, with improvements it could be a nice rental despite the huge house blocking the entire view.

We loved our stay at this home. The house was clean and getting in was easy. The hot tub never went above 99 degrees. I reached out to maintenance who came to check it but didn’t know how to repair it and I never got any followup or apology. It was disappointing but our only problem. Otherwise everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again with the expectation that we wouldn’t have a hot tub.

Meet all our expectations

I forgot to pay my travel insurance and hurricane warnings were advised. Therefore our vacation was cut shor and we lost money because we only stayed 2 out of 4 nights. We enjoyed what time we spent here. It’s a nice place and everyone enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Internet was down and that meant no tv.

The house as seen as a picture nice place for kids would recommend hot tub is not clean though

This house is beautiful, well equipped and close to the beach. We had a great time!
