Stayed Dec 28, 2025We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation location!!!

Stayed Nov 10, 2025This property is incredible. While it’s located fairly close to a busy road, you don’t notice the road noise when outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court. Our two kids, 4 and 7, played so much outside, as we, and the other family, did as well. It was also nice to use the grocery service to have the house stocked upon arrival. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2025We loved everything!! Very clean , pool and jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. Looking forward to staying here again. The only thing I would change would be to have the 100% cotton linens.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025As we enjoyed this amazing property, we did have our concerns… Online, there shows the property providing numerous amenities for the residents to enjoy. Unfortunately, a lot of these amenities were broken or not in use. For example, the shower in the master bedroom was not working… We were now told this in advance to our stay.. We also had trouble using the fire pit and grill outback. Even though we had our concerns, overall this house was beautiful home but could use work.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house was as described and well-equipped with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. However, the primary bathroom shower was out of order, and a note on the controls would have been helpful. The house lacked spices/seasoning. A drink pitcher. Plenty of floor and box fans. We did run these to help cool the house and close all curtains. We did find a scorpion in the kitchen. We understand it's a local issue and the owners do their best to control these critters, but something to note for the Scottsdale area in general. Property Management: The property management company was stellar—very attentive and quick to respond via text. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and we had no issues accessing the property. Outdoor Space: The pool was clean and had a few toys, no floaties. Bring your own stuff for the kids. All the balls were flat, we could not play with the basketball hool. (I am certain the property management team would have remedy this if we alerted them, we opted not to.) Pool towels were also provided. Laundry worked well, no issues. They provided a small dish soap, trash bags, 1 tab each for laundry and dishes. They also had small hotel bottle size shampoo, condition, bar of soap and makeup towels. The garage was convenient for parking our car and very clean. A garage door opener was provided. The grill worked but heated up too quickly due to the outdoor temperatures, so we opted to cook indoors. Overall, a good stay and would recommend.
