This property was perfect! Four couples visiting Henderson for a 50th wedding anniversary. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you Cindy!

An absolutely fantastic space for friends and family to come together and relax.

We came to Vegas for a basketball tournament. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and store. House was clean, well maintained. Had everything we needed. Host is responsive and nice. We would stay again.

The house was the perfect size for our whole family! Pictures don’t do it justice. Not to mention with the pool/hot tub and the pool table, our family was always laughing and having fun. This is the perfect house for all ages. The only thing that was kinda a bummer (no fault to the Home owner) was quiet time because of city ordinance. Because of that we had to get out of the pool at 10pm. But honestly, I couldn’t have rented from a better person. She was always willing to accommodate and try to make the stay as best as possible!!! Our other favorite thing about this house is that it has a kitchen with all kinds of cookware. So we weren’t forced to eat out every night. I would gladly stay here again!!!

The house was clean and had great amenities. So many TVs!!! All the extras were included. Property manager was so nice and helpful!! Would stay again. Highly recommend

Proactive, extremely responsive to any questions, and amazingly welcoming and accommodating. I've saved this listing as it will be my first choice for any future group trips.Seriously the best experience I've had in years, can't recommend highly enough.

Great place to stay. Super outdoor area that we used a lotEnjoyed playing on the pool table as well.Older good friends coming to Las Vegas to play golf for 3 days. Stayed 4 nights. Super place to stay and our host was super to work with!!

Other than the hot tube stopped working we had a great time using the residence for our vacation.

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and well-stocked. Cindy was very easy to contact and very accommodating. The bedrooms were good size. The four kids loved the kids bedroom. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The backyard was also very nice and the pool and hot tub were great. I would definitely recommend for a family.

This house was absolutely awesome! The location was perfect, central to many great spots in Henderson, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.The home itself was spacious and well-equipped. We loved the pool table—it got a ton of use during our stay! The TVs throughout the house were a great touch, especially since we spent a good amount of time relaxing indoors. The rooms were large and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind.While the pool and spa weren’t heating, it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all—we still had an amazing time.Overall, we had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Henderson. Would definitely come back!

Great location, accurate listing, great communication.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood although minutes from grocery, restaurants and shopping. Far enough from the Vegas strip but close enough to visit easily. Very roomy home (we had 9) with all the essentials! Spacious backyard with pool/hot tub that everyone enjoyed! The host was quick to communicate and helped with anything we needed.

The house was very well equipped. Lots of extras ( towels, life jackets, spices…) There was plenty of space for the nine of us. It would have been nice to have a binder of instructions for things such as the spa, tvs, garbage day, etc. Most rentals I have been to has one of these. We did have some problems with the pool heat but Cindy was as helpful as she could be with that.

I would never stay here again. Neighbor dogs bark all am. The pool is charged daily even if you only want it for a day which was not advertised up front only after booking and not till the week before so too late to cancel. We were going to be happy with hot tub use, but took hours to warm up and property contact would turn it off when we left it on awaiting it to be warm. We only were able to use it one day and she was so worried about electric bill never tried again. A positive was the spices and kitchen set up. But if you are there for pool use/hot tub don't bother. We should have gotten a hotel for the cost and limitations. She explained local rules on pool hot tub use after 9pm and before 10am but honestly the neighbor dogs were more of an issue then we would have ever been. I have great kids and stressed out the whole day we tried to make the hot tub thing happen due to the time it took her to warm up.

Great place to stay with kids for a baseball tournament. Only negative was the neighbor lady that yelled at the kids for playing out front. It was 4 pm and she was not happy about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It lived up to the explanation of the property. We will be back.

House was absolutely perfect! The host offered us an early checkin and late check out for no extra cost. There was a case of cold waters in the refrigerator upon arrival and a basket of snacks. The house was exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!
