Splendour by the Lake is a bright, single-level rancher with a fully finished walk-out lower level, set in the heart of McKinley Beach — one of Kelowna's most coveted lakeside communities. A panorama of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding hills greets you from the living room, the deck, the bedrooms, and the family room below, shifting with the light all day long.

Main level — Step into an open living and dining space anchored by a cozy fireplace and smart TV, with a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances ready for everything from morning coffee to a family dinner. When the evening's nice (and in the Okanagan, it usually is), head out to the deck, fire up the BBQ, and watch the sun drop over the water.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat: its own smart TV, motorized blinds, a walk-in closet, and a spa-style ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A convenient powder room rounds out the main floor.

Lower level — Above-ground and just as bright, this is a second living space in its own right: a spacious family room with a 76 smart TV, two additional bedrooms with roller blinds, and a full bathroom. Lake views from every room.

Location — McKinley Beach sits in a quiet, elevated pocket of north Kelowna, about 15 minutes to Kelowna International Airport, 10 minutes to UBC-Okanagan, and a short drive to wineries, downtown, and additional public beaches.

Good to know — Splendour by the Lake is a private home within McKinley Beach. The community pool, hot tub, and indoor fitness center are reserved for residents only; all other amenities listed above are available to our guests.
