Loved that the house had all the beach gear we needed (chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys, etc)! We could walk to the beach and swimming pool easily from the home. Beds were all comfy and we had plenty of bath towels. Perfect for families!

The property was beautiful and very clean and neat. It had lots of room and everything my family needed to enjoy ourselves. Thank you for opening your home to us. God Bless!

We loved our time here! It was such a spacious house and the kitchen was perfect! It was definitely within walking distance to the beach!

We had a multitude of issues with this property that put a huge damper on our vacation. This was supposed to be a non-smoking property with signs posted in the house. It was far from that. The people before us apparently smoked significantly. When we got there and late into the evening, the cleaning people left dirty linen bags right outside the front door that were never picked up. We called to complain about the smoke smell. It wasn't until in the evening the first night until someone came out from the property management company. Their employee acknowledged that the three bags wreaked of smoke and took them away. We told her there were cigarette butts outside the front door where the two chairs are and also out back. No one came and cleaned those up. The woman who came out gave us a spray that didn't do much other than mask the smell. Another problem was that they wet cleaned the sofas in the living room before we got there and we basically could not use them the first night until they dried. No one said a word before we got there to give us a courtesy heads up about any of this. They finally called the next day, acknowledged the problem, and did a deep clean process while we were at the beach. It helped but the smell was never fully eradicated. And now we know why. The smoke smell had gotten into many of our personal items. They did change a light bulb that was out in the microwave but never gave us a battery to replace the dead one in the remote for the outside string of lights. Here's the big problem. We got home and out suit cases, clothes, pillows, pillow cases, paper products (paper towels, napkins, TP, etc.) and our cars all smell of smoke. We had follow-up conversations via text from Real Joy Vacations and they basically washed there hands of it. During the process, one of their employees said we would be compensated as part of correcting the process, but now that we are home, that was declined. I've rented a lot of vacation homes but this one and their property management company was by far our worst experience that we've had.

The home was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the basketball game in the garage! The swimming pool was small but adequate and quite close. I don’t think the home can adequately sleep 11. The beds in the twin room are singles and very cozy for 2 people. We did call the manager and they had an air mattress there within the hour which was fantastic! Our only complaint was the beach is not as close as it sounds. The neighborhood gate by the house that goes to the beach is locked so you have to walk through the neighborhood to another gate. Also there is nowhere to park a golf cart at the beach entrance. Other than that we had a great week! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The unit was as described but in desperate need of a deep clean especially the floors. Our feet were black on the bottom from walking around in the home. I know what the host response will be: if you would have contacted us someone would have come to clean, yes, true, but we would have also had to leave the property while it's being re-cleaned. If the unit was properly cleaned every time this wouldn't be a problem. Also, the cleaning fee that comes with this rental is pretty hefty so one would think it would be nicely cleaned. The HOA has control over the pool for this unit which is not detailed in the description. Without any warning they decided to close the pool for multiple days because there was a CHANCE of bad weather. I had FIVE kids who wanted nothing but to swim in the pool because double red flags were up at the beach due to the current. I contacted realjoy multiple times and was finally told there was nothing they could do. The walk to the beach was okay but not desirable for elderly or ones with small children. I will mention that the beach equipment was broken but Realjoy did send new replacements within a reasonable time. The area in general is very crowded with lots of traffic. I wouldn't stay here again.

We had a great time at Fun in the Sun. The management company was quick to respond to our needs. The pool was not heated so my grandkids only used it once. The beach was great and was a short walk. We appreicated the wagons and extra beach chairs and toys. Per the reviews I read, I brough extra trash bags, paper towels and toliet paper. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked. The large sectional sofa was great for our large family to hang out together on. The corner lot was perfect. I wish we could have parked more cars in the drive as we had 4 and had to find places to park the 2 away from the house. I accidently left something behind and the management company was great about helping me retrive it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fun in The Sun house and Miramar Beach. The home was spacious and clean just exactly as pictured on the website. It was easy walking distance to the gated beach and a very quiet, safe neighborhood. The owners provided plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, towels and hair dryers in every bathroom. All beds and pillows extremely comfortable! We enjoyed using the grill and back patio. The property managers were easy to get ahold of and answers all of our questions! We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Short walk to community pool. Property was very clean and well kept. Nice patio with wicker furniture, and a garage full of kids toys.

Our stay was great! Our family took a vacation during fall break. It rained all but one day but in true Florida fashion it cleared off every day but one. The beds were comfy and plenty of linens were provided. The staff was very helpful if something came up that we had a question about. Note that the home does not have a mailbox so Amazon deliveries will go to a locked mailbox that we did not have access to. You might bring hand towels for the kitchen too as there was only one. Otherwise our stay was really great. Would rent again.
