SPLASH into FUN!! HTD POOL FIre Pit, BBQ, PET OK 10 Min to Strip

Our stay was perfect. House and neighborhood was very nice 4 guys there for hockey. 4 bedrooms , back yard area with bbq and the pool was great. I would stay there again if I go to Vegas.

Everything was as listed and great! Plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds- the kids loved the pool too! Definitely would come back.

I had an amazing stay, :) The house was spacious, spotless, and had absolutely everything I could possibly need. The host was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure my stay was perfect. I loved every part of my experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free getaway!The neighbor is very nice, him and his wife introduced themselves and they are lovely people.

We have stayed in a few vrbo’s for the last couple of years as our son is here for grad school; your home has been the best in terms of feeling the most like home and having the best seating arrangements, gathering and cozy feel. Great Communication.

Old cookware, 4 year old water filter and the host right next door. But on day one we had trash cans full with other people trash that smells like it been there for weeks. The host asked my wife to take out the trash the next day . Host asked her when she in the yard thinking she's alone and turn to see him watching over the fence.

This is a great house! Spacious bedrooms all upstairs and a nice tv room for watching movies. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool during the day and the outdoor set up is perfect for BBQ - ing and reading. Its in Henderson, so a little far away from the strip, but close to a grocery store and a local pizza place that delivers. Overall a great property with great communication.

Great location—close to airport (7 minutes) and about 13 from the Strip. Nice neighborhood—great helpful neighbors. Park within 1 mile.

This house is absolutely beautiful and even better in person. This house was definitely worth every penny spent. Wish I could’ve stayed a little longer. Maybe we will come back next year.

Fantastic! Renata is a stellar host and this house has just about everything we could have wanted! The kitchen is well-stocked (we love a house that has a few spices available!) and immaculate! The pool is perfect (the pool man showed up while we were onsite and even he couldn't have been more lovely! The beds were comfy, the linens were plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet, yet the next door neighbor saw us in the driveway and gave us some safety tips for the strip and said they were next door if we had any questions about Las Vegas! So sweet! One comment, and it's about VRBO, not Renata or this house -- I wish their form did a better job of outlining where the bedrooms are and if there are stairs. Renata does have a pic of the stairs, but i would like to note that all bedroom are upstairs. I travel often with my eldery father, and these stairs would have been a dealbreaker! Fantastic stay, can't recommend enough!

Very blessed to be able to run my first full mark and hace a warm cozy home to go back to and relax. Clean ans comfortable.

Property was as advertised. Everything was provided! Pool was great.... Everything you need for an extended stay.

The house is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity for a family. We ate out often during our week there, but had breakfast and lunch at the house every day. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and yard are gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the yard. The house is centrally located to most attractions. around town

Though larger than we needed, we found this home to be clean, well stocked, and within close range of all the outdoor activities we planned to do in the area. Our host Renata was very easy to work with.Definitely would return here.

4 couples from different states met up to go to concert. Home was perfect and comfortable.

Nice quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes from airport. Comfortable furniture and beds and outdoor space. Could use a little TLC, but perfect for what we needed. Very responsive host

The host always responded to questions. The House is in a good neighborhood. Close to a park so I could walk my fur baby. And close to restaurants and other entertainment.
