There was no Wi-Fi connectivity, which was frustrating as I was planning to work. The house is OK it doesn’t have much character and pretty streamlined. Make sure you bring every possible thing that you will need which is very different from other rental in the past. There’s nothing wrong with the house, but it lacked the little stuff that typical rental beach houses have that go above and beyond to make you comfortable and able to enjoy yourself. For example, there is a game room downstairs that’s completely empty with one busted mini pool table that you can’t do anything with. The tiles were peeling off the floor, but the room was just bare with one little table sitting in the middle of the floor with a mini pool stuck wrapped in tape. Again nothing bad just hard to explain the lack of character.

We had a great time at this house. Even with the chilly weather, my son spent many hours in the pool and my younger son in the hot tub. Great location to the beach and to some restaurants. Like I said, location and home features were great. I was however very disappointed with the lack of supplies. We only had a 4-day stay and we did not plan on purchasing all the staple items. Maybe this is how vacation rentals are run now…there was no dish soap, acts have towels/rags, no dish sponge, no detergent for dishwasher or w/d, shampoo, body soap, paper towels, salt and pepper, with only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I was not happy that we had to go out and purchase all of these basics that I think should be included in the stay—especially with all the fees added to VRBO. In all honesty it’s less about the money and more about the inconvenience and wastefulness. I sure hope that all the supplies we left behind were made available for the next guest.

Our family rented this place as my parents were in town for the week of Thanksgiving. The property was close to everything, it was well equipped, and just a 2 block walk down to the beach. Only critique any of us had is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and should probably be replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay here! To our surprise the pool was still open, which the kids were super happy about. A little too cold for me, but the hot tub was really nice. The kids also loved the game room. Plenty of space to hang out. The grocery store and restaurants are in walking distance as well as the beach. My only concern was some of the furniture needs to be replaced as they are falling apart. Other than that we loved it! Great price! Also I noticed that there are baby items which I'm sure others might find useful. Pac n play, swing, high chair and umbrella stroller.

Great house, great location. Had a couple issues but overall a great experience.

Everything was awesome, the property was great went down for a girls trip and had a blast. The only recommendation is for the pool to be a heated pool for the colder days considering the weekend was pretty cool outside so didnt really get to swim.Other than that no complaints at all. Will definitely visit again

Hello & thankyou for letting us stay in your beach cottage. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything was in great working order except the pool lounge chairs were a bit uncomfortable due to weathering? & one was broke. We enjoyed a nice grilled dinner on the outdoor grill. The size of the house, location and amenities were perfect for our stay. I would like to stay there again next year. ? This was my first time staying in a cottage . Thank you.

The house was great for my whole family! We enjoyed every minute! I have nothing bad to say at all! The pool and hot tub was great! When we arrived the house was cleaner then ever! We loved our stay and hopefully get to stay again!
