Spence's Laguna Madre Bayhouse - Great for Families & Angler

Great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Close to water and excellent access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was informational and responded quickly to messages. Very easy to want to return for another stay.

Spence was very accommodating. The house fit our needs perfectly. We loved being on the water.

2nd time to stay here. House is comfortable and well supplied. Location is great with water and private pier in front of house and water and small pier to the side of the house. We will definitely book again.

Spences place is great. This was my second stay. If you like to fish this is the spot for you! Clean and looks just as listed. Spence always check s in to make sure everything is right and provides a number in ace you need anything during your stay.

This is our second time staying at Spence's Bayhouse. The accommodations are simple, but the fishing pier is legit and the location can't be beat. The house sits at the end of a dead end street which limits the traffic and gives you not only one 300 foot pier to fish from, but also access to a smaller dock for cleaning fish or if you have a boat to launch. The neighbor was also nice enough to give us a few fishing pointers. We will be back in the future.

Great location House is exactly as described on a large lot and the pier is incredible. I look forward to my next visit.

Their is private fishing access right outside the door and very convenient, and the communication from spence was great.

This property shouldnt have even been available to rent. Very poorly represented in the listing. The owner even texted me after 10 oclock the night if arrival to ask if it was misrepresented. A gas leak was present. Expired food in the fridge and pantry, some evn as old as expiration in 2020. DiDirty bedding.

Great house for quick fishing trip with friends.

Great spot, we had a military reunion and it was perfect.

It was exactly the house we wanted long fishing pier we did catch some small drum and trout off the pier and even did some wad fishing since water depth was belt high and caught keepers while wad-fishing 4 bunk beds might make it rough for some but all we needed was a place to sleep and rest between fishing outings and trips
