We enjoyed our week in Belfast and staying in the house.
Lovely house. Spectacular view. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax in all of the different spaces. We enjoyed the kayaks and the canoe...AND the ping pong! So glad they were there to use. We would love to come and stay again.
Lovely views from the back and side of this comfortable home. Lots of areas in home to spread out and relax. Very clean and comfy.
This was our second stay here. We just love this house. It’s so clean, welcoming and relaxing.
This property was the perfect location for our first trip to Maine. We explored areas around Belfast including Lincolnville, Rockport, Unity, Bucksport, Blue Hill/Deer Isle, & Acadia. All destinations were 25-90 minutes from the house. Belfast accommodated grocery and eating establishments that offered variety. There were 8 of us, adults, and each couple had their own bedroom with 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and we comfortably ate breakfasts and dinners at the house. Host was very responsive when called to get assistance with TV for football. Would highly recommend as the and accommodations were very reasonable. Glad we selected this over a smaller out of the way location.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The views from all of the windows was spectacular and watching the tides rise and fall was a lot of fun. Gale the owner was very easy to work with. We will be returning.
Spacious, comfortable, great location and river view, great amenities (kayaks, canoe with easy river put-it), fire pit, ping-pong table. Super-responsive host!
We enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch overlooking the water. Explored the town of Belfast. Camden was about a 30 minute drive and Arcadia National Park was only about an hour and a half drive. Ended each day back out on the wonderful porch.
This home was exactly as pictured. Very quaint and cozy, with lots of space. We had 5 adults in our party, and we were very comfortable here. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals, the WiFi worked beautifully, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We would stay here again. The checkout process is a bit onerous if you're on a tight schedule - you must leave by 10am (and we left earlier due to travel plans) - but you are asked to wash and fold your towels, wash and put away any dishes, and take your recycling with you. Those were a challenge for us, but the week leading up to departure was a delight.
