Spectacular Water Front Home, Lighted/Night Fishing, 500 Lb Ice Machine

Amazing Property!! Beautiful place the photos do not do this place justice. Its beautiful and roomy. Mr. Richard was very friendly and one of the best host i have delt with. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Location was great, direct water access, fishing and crabbing right on the property. Very spacious, and plenty of bed/baths for our group! If we revisit Grand Isle, we will be looking to stay here again!

I found evertything to be as expected and promised. There were no committments on the dock, but the owner would be well served to make improvements to access. It was all blown out per previous storm.

We loved this unique home. Especially wonderful for anyone who enjoys great views, loves to fish, bird watch and stroll down the beach. Our family of 8 had a blast. Everyone was so comfortable with all the bedrooms and baths. Saw dolphins swimming close by, and even had two otters join us one night as we sat in the swing and watched the sunset. Richard, the host, was great whenever we had questions. We left happy and hope to return.

Wonderful location, clean, lots of room with boat access.

This was a very nice house! It was big and spacious for all of us, it had a nice view of the water. We all really enjoyed it. Only thing that I would add to the house is pot holders, kitchen towels, more cleaning supplies and something to fry in outside. We did it in the kitchen and I'm not a fan of frying food in the house (with the smell and the mess it makes). Mr Richard was fast on replying back to me when I had questions. I want to come back again.

This place is awesome....from the location to the views to the awesome layout of the property....everything was top notch! We definitely will be saying there again!!!

Wonderful property and great owner. Richard was great at pre-arrival communication and letting us know what to expect, what we needed and how to have an enjoyable time. We arrived and were very happy with our reservation. The house is bigger than what is appreciated in the pictures with lots of room for our party of 11. Wonderful open kitchen with all that we needed and it was wonderful to look out the porthole window watching the dolphins in the bay while cooking dinner. Spent several nice evenings watching sunsets on one of the many swings while enjoying the evening breeze. Caught nearly 5 dozen crabs off the bulkhead in about 5 hours. It was really nice to have an ice machine for keeping drinks cold going to the beach or icing down seafood (saved money and time). Family has already decided to go back again next year and we will stay longer. I highly recommend the property and Richard. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you, Richard for sharing your property with us.

The location cannot be beat. The views of the bay and the beautiful sunsets are priceless. The kids especially loved seeing the dolphins and pelicans from the porch. We were a large group and the huge amount of living space and private baths were appreciated. To top it all off the owner was always quick to respond for any question (from right after booking to the end of our stay) and couldn’t have been nicer. We look forward to making this a tradition.
