    The location is great, very close to town. There was an issue that caused cleaning to be delayed past check in, but communication was good prior to check in. The house was great for our group with the exception of the hot tub not heating up. We tried to contact the property management and they said someone would come out to fix it, but no one came to fix it during our stay so we weren’t able to use it, which was one of the reasons we booked the house. Otherwise, the house was very ideal for a large group and good common areas to lounge around in.

    Very clean, great location, but this was the worst stay I've ever had due to the water situation. Water in the upstairs suite literally does not work (like doesn't come out at all), if a toilet is flushed, shower/faucet is on elsewhere in the house. In the rest of the house, the water pressure is very light - a trickle if another shower is being used, for example. We called Vacasa and the next day they sent someone out, who checked the situation and let us know it is just slow flow. It's a five bedroom, four bath house, but you cannot get a decent shower (or any at all on the top floor) if water is being used elsewhere. This was such a major inconvenience with no solution. Other strange/inconvenient things were: only one hairdryer in the entire 5 bedroom house, no paper products at all (napkins, paper towels, etc.), the building is being painted and there were ladders with men who could look in bedroom windows there from 8am-5pm ish... and on two occasions they parked in the driveway, entirely blocking us and we had to find parking in town and walk.

    I would strongly recommend this place for a vacation in Park City. Easy walking to downtown restaurants, and the place is very well maintained and clean.
