Spectacular Sunrise - beautiful home with pool and steps away from beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well cared for! The elevator was a nice touch to bring groceries in. Comfortable seating for all (we had 7 Adults and 3 kids). Only negative we found was the upstairs bedroom bed (2nd bedroom on the right) really needs to be replaced. You can feel every spring in the bed and it sinks in the middle. Kitchen is well equipped. Loved the two story balcony. The top balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the pool and deck area were perfect for swimming and relaxing. The elevator made it easy to bring in groceries and luggage and the common areas were very well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was open and included every dish and utensil needed. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our week at Spectacular Sunrise. The pool made it especially nice.

Overall property was very good. The upstairs carpets were all stained and had an odor as if prior guest had pets. All mattresses need replaced and would recommend another key-less entry on lower level to enter the house with a code and possibly an additional refrigerator on lower level.

Overall our stay wasn’t terrible but there were some huge inconveniences we encountered: None of the bathrooms had toilet paper on the roll holders and none of them were equipped with even basic hand soap. This was incredibly frustrating after a long drive and when we had already been to town to get groceries. The property management company eventually dropped off a bag of replacement rolls and basic bar soap, but at that point we had already had to go out again and get these basics. Additionally, the ice maker wasn’t working and we were told someone would come by to look at that but that never happened (or if it did while we were out, no one called to check on us and say they were there). Blinds covered in dust, filmy glassware and crusty dishes were just the cherry on top. It seems like this company skimps on the basic comforts for guests, which is interesting given the long list of chores guests are meant to do (sweeping and vacuuming regularly, emptying trash bins, running dishwasher and drying all dishes and glassware before leaving, etc) on top of a cleaning fee. So again, not a terrible stay but these inconveniences only compounded our frustrations.

Be sure and tell guest to bring soap and toilet paper.

Spectacular Sunrise delivered on its name. We were able to enjoy the sunrises from either the 2nd or 3rd floor decks. The house is in a great location and is well kept.

Absolutely beautiful house, the only reason I would take a star off is because the property managers didn’t tell me until I was checking in that there was a leak from the upstairs shower that was coming through the ceiling in the foyer. It didn’t just happen right before we got there. I could tell it was a problem for a cpl weeks and they never mentioned it once until check in, and they said they wouldn’t work on it while we were there. Next day they sent people over without calling to work on it while we were there, the maintenance guys weren’t wearing masks(it’s a pandemic) and just used a key and walked in the house. No calls or anything after saying we won’t work on it while you’re here. Scared my family to death seeing two strangers walk in. Besides that the pool was nice and the house and location were beautiful. The neighbors pool pump is LOUD 24hrs a day. Kinda got used to it after a day or two but that sound is very annoying. It’s a 5 star house with 3 star property management.
