Spectacular, Spacious Townhouse on the Beach

Beautiful place to stay and a very exceptional host!

We had a perfect stay. The townhome was clean and provided everything one could need for a vacation on the beach. The views were spectacular! Would definitely return!

Great location. Had everything you needed. Beach chairs, toys, towels. We had a blast.

2025 Fall Deep Sea Fishing Trip - We enjoyed the roomy house and the beautiful views of the beach as well as easy access to the ocean.

Amazing location right on the beach. The house was very stocked, especially with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and anything else you would need on the beach. I was very impressed with the bed in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable!

Nice clean place super convenient location to everything

This unit is the PERFECT location and lots of room! Right on the beach and the views are fantastic! Equipped with everything ! They also had a ton of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, wave boards, etc! The owner responded quickly and promptly. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay! Property was beautiful with a beautiful view.

Excellent Location, especially for teenagers! For old folks like my husband & I there were 17 steps from the bottom floor up to the bedrooms and washer & dryer. However, the location of the condo far outweighed the disadvantages of the steps. Everything for the teenagers was in walking distance and they could come and go as they please We packed light so intended on washing clothes. Dryer didn't heat at all. Called Mrs. Percy on Wednesday morning and when we left Saturday morning dryer still was not heating. The dech needed rug it was so hot. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and we added more. Personally, we will never be back to PCB because of all the partying! But if we ever bring teenagers, I would definitely rent this condo again.

This property was perfect for my family of 7. It is right on the water, clean, and the perfect location. Marilyn was very responsive. The garage is stocked with tons of sand toys, skim boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. I brought most of my own but i really didnt need to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was exactly as promised! Loved how convenient it was to all the restaurants and stores. The beach is pristine. There wasn’t a single thing we needed for the week that wasn’t provided. This is the second time staying here and we can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed this place. The only thing that was a problem was the walk to the beach, there were stickers or burs that get stick in your feet so its best to wear shoes. The only problem with the house itself were that some of the plug-ins didn't work other than that everything was great!

Fantastic condo with loads of room and all the needed amenities. Excellent large TV, large deck, short walk to the beach shore. Loads of sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas. 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about this townhouse! This was our second year staying here, and it certainly won't be the last. The convenience of parking at the front door and simply walking out back to the beach is amazing. The home is very well stocked with everything you need, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and how well maintained the property is. Looking forward to returning next year!

This beachfront townhouse is so beautiful and clean! It had everything you would need when going to the beach (chairs, towels, etc) And if you have kids, there’s tons of beach toys for them! The entire place was just as listed and went above and beyond our expectations! Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Nothing beats the ocean view from the master bedroom and bathroom. And the beautiful ocean view from kitchen and living room. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This beach house was everything and more for our trip to PCB! The house is exactly how it looks from the online pictures and the walkway to the beach is so nice. The host was very fast to respond on any questions I had. The house location is perfect for all the good shops and dinner spots. Having all of the beach stuff already at the house was a major plus also! Definitely will be back.

Everything in the Townhouse was great! Loved that the owners had everything we needed already on site- which made traveling so much easier! It was great to be “On the Beach” no waiting on elevators , stairs, or long distances to get to beach. Already trying to figure out our next adventure so we can book again!

Property was perfect for our families. The proximity to the beach and the shear amount of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc provided saved us so much in what we were planning to buy. Townhouse was clean and well appointed. Definitely would stay here again.

We used this beautiful place for our family vacation. It was wonderful! The view from the deck is amazing. The beach is just steps away!! All the beds were comfortable! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room! No complaints here at all!!
