Northern Heights Lodge, completed in 2015, this picturesque home is located at Boyne’s ‘The Highlands’ Resort in Andover Club and sits high on the hills surrounded by some of the best ski slopes in Northern Michigan. Take in the views in the 8 person hot tub all year round and enjoy the convenience of the slopes in the backyard... just minutes to many other activities, it’s sure to entertain all types of visitors!

Boyne Highlands offers 55 well-groomed and maintained downhill runs, terrain parks with over 30 unique features for every level, 35 kilometers of groomed and track-set trails for cross country skiing, snowshoe rentals, and an 800-foot long tubing run. Miles of state snowmobile trails are easily accessed less than a mile from the main lodge. Snowmobiles and trailers may be stored at the main lodge parking lot and are available for rent at Country Wide Services.
If winter isn’t for you, cozy up to the large stone fireplace in the great room while looking out the windows to enjoy taking in the wooded views.

WINTER GUESTS: 4WD is required to get to our home safely during the ski season. The house is located directly on the ski hill, and snow and ice are probable. The street is plowed regularly by Boyne, but we can't guarantee that it will always be clear of snow. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the deck and walkways clear during your stay. Often, melting snow falls on the patio and driveway and then refreezes. Please be careful! Renting this home constitutes the lessee's acknowledgment that there will be ice and snow/slippery conditions, and you agree by accepting the rental contract to be fully responsible for your safety.
**In the winter, our garage doors are locked to ensure the garage temperature maintains above 55° to prevent our pipes from freezing. The use of the side garage door is permitted.
Also, pending weather and snow conditions, the lifts/trails located behind our home may or may not be open during your stay. Check Boyne Highlands ski report for up-to-date information!

That’s not all…. Spring, Summer, and Fall are just as great! Jump on the cross-country mountain bike trails that take you through the beautiful resort, or jump on the chairlift for panoramic views of crystal blue waters, and brilliant fall colors!

BOYNE Golf provides the ultimate world-class golf destination with 10 championship courses spanning three resorts. Centered in Michigan's northern lower peninsula, our courses are the products of some of the game's masters, including Robert Trent Jones Sr., Arthur Hills, and Donald Ross. BOYNE Golf truly offers an unrivaled Michigan golf vacation experience.

This home is situated at the highest point of Andover Club, offering that “king of the mountain” feel. Upon pulling into the oversized two-car garage, you enter a back mudroom with slate flooring and rich dark wood. A full bath is conveniently located off the second living area – great for movies and kids to hang out!

Taking the stairs to the main level, you are welcomed with a large vaulted great room and magnificent kitchen with leathered granite countertops, hickory floors, and a built-in dining area perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom is tucked behind the kitchen, offering plenty of privacy, a large walk-in travertine tiled shower, and granite-topped double sinks. Lay in bed with views of the woods and ski slopes.

The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed.

Take the stairs to the upper level, where you will find a second master bedroom with a beautifully crafted full bath. Two other bedrooms face the ski slopes for a total of three bedrooms and two full baths. Don’t overlook the bunk room included as one of these bedrooms; it’s every kid’s dream for a sleepover!

The place had everything we needed. The location can't be beat. We had 14 people and everyone was comfortable. Walking out the backdoor and up a tiny hill you are Lois Lane, one of the runs for Boyne. I would definitely recommend and come back!

The house was just as advertised!!! It was perfect for our family, with adult kids ranging from 26 to 38 years old and grandkids from 1 year to 8 years old. We had a guest join us who had never skied before. One two-hour lesson and he became a new skier!!! We had great communication with the manager. Great time had by all!

MOUSE POOP on bed and in bathroom despite the fact we were told we could not get in early because the place was being cleaned that day. DANGEROUS! 6 propane tanks stored inside (garage) under a HEATER no less! YOU NEVER STORE PROPANE INSIDE! Hot tub too cold but sign forbids you from turning up heat. Supposedly set at 100 but never saw it over 98.They advertise pulling into an oversize garage IT'S UNPLUGGED AND SIGN TELLS YOU IF YOU OPEN IT THEY'LL CHARGE YOU 500! So cars get dumped on with snow - 6 inches of new stuff and NO snow shovel in sight.Dripping water from master bedroom ceiling. Stocked with only 2 bath towels so go searching upstairs for more if your wife uses more than 1.Toilet clogged searched every bathroom for plunger finally found the only 1.My son said internet barely works upstairs.Microwave on last legs, 3 of us kept pushing buttons and start works about the 5th time you try. No coffee table or end tables next to sectional couch where everyone gathers in front of fireplace so put your plate in lap and drink on the floor. No address numbers on house which makes it difficult to find as Apple Maps won't find exact spot. Even the FedEx guy could not find the place the first time.Called for help multiple times but no one answered. Absentee owner over in Europe.Brought most all this up to owner through email but his only suggestion was for us to check out (9:30 at night?) and he refused any refund.

The property was great, but a bit of a stair climb up to get in. Everything inside was as listed with only a few minor issues (upstairs bath didn’t drain as fast as shower, light flickering on main room, video game had faulty button making it difficult to play). These issues did not take away from our time though. We loved the grill and the hot tub. It was close to Petosky and easily drivable to Mackinac.

Perfect property for your Up North vacation! Just minutes from some elite golf at Boyne Highlands and a short drive to Lake Charlevoix where we were able to rent a boat for the day. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen is massive, perfect for big groups. The hot tub was a great way to relax after 36 holes! We cant wait to come back for next years golf trip

Loved it, only issues were needing more lighting throughout the house, more towels and there was a lack of cooking utensils.

We had a large group (4 families and kids) and the house served us very well. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the adults loved how open and spacious the layout was. It was a great place just for hanging out, and the kitchen also made it easy to cook for the group and save a lot of money by not going out to eat. Everything was clean just as advertised. I do wish the hot tub was kept a little warmer but it was still fine. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you're looking to explore the northwestern portion of the lower MI peninsula including Mackinac Island.

Family of twelve had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous area. Many things to do and see. Fishing, horse back riding, hiking, birdwatching, beaches, and fine dining made this a dream trip. The house was perfect. Thanks for everything.
