Stayed Sep 11, 2025I would recommend this house to any large group. Rare to have as many bathrooms as bedrooms in a house that size or as many parking spots. It is also a beautiful house. You can tell the house is relatively new, and if you value the “luxury” type of vacation home, this is a good choice. Only pain point was the wifi, which basically didn’t work. The management staff was responsive and even came by the house to try to fix it. The issue is with hotel style log in system. It would be nice if they find a solution for that but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

Stayed May 27, 2025Our family of 18 stayed in this lovely house. Plenty of room to spread out yet come together for games and meals. The close beach access was our favorite part about this house. Management was quick to respond.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024This wonderfully appointed house had everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Very comfortable, each room had its own bathroom, kitchen had two of every appliance. Wonderful movie room at the end of the day

Stayed Sep 23, 2024House was exactly as pictured. Pool was smaller than pictures made it look. Overall was a good experience. Pots and pans were a little abused so not the best to cook with. In a hard rain all the doors facing the beach leaked and some of ther windows.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Wonderful location, beautiful beaches & conveniently situated to many activities. Maintenance came quickly when needed. Huge home but was not handicap friendly at all. No grab bars in any bathrooms. My husband was handicapped & could not get into many of the spaces. Poorly laid out floor plans. Very long halls. No common space to gather by kitchen. Theater room was not a living room. More like a hotel than a home. Plenty of bedrooms with private baths but needed to have common 1/2 bath on each floor for convenience. Hard to have to go to 3rd floor to your room if you needed a bathroom during the day. No elevator to top floor, not very generous with bath linens. Had several people try to walk in the house that did not belong to our group. Scary! Checking in was a nightmare. At last minute was told we had to come to office for entry into between 4 & 5 with no exceptions. We were not arriving until 7:30pm. Luckily we found a family friend to help us out. Very inconvenient process for out of town people. This needs to be improved ASAP to be convenient for your guests.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This was the perfect place for our large family to spend a week together on the beach. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for several families to come together.
